After many years of physical work, my body could not work out at the same speed as I was in my 20s. I had personal training sessions with Jesse at his Gym; He is highly knowledgeable about fitness and listened to my needs based on my strengths and weaknesses. He helped me develop a workout I could do at home without expensive gym equipment. Thank you, Jesse.

Jesse, Taylor and Liam really know what they are doing. I am much stronger than I was a couple years ago when I started. They are professional, flexible and easy to get along with (even when I call them names during strenuous exercises!). Jesse kept me going online during Covid lockdowns and now I've been back on the equipment at the College Avenue for a while and it has been great. Recommend them highly!

Liam, Jesse and Taylor are fantastic trainers. They keep me motivated and encourage me to do my personal best. Their gym is conveniently located on College Ave.. It clean and bright and they stagger their clients so that I can usually have the place to myself. If you are looking for training results, you cant go wrong with TNT.

I just turned 65 years. For the past 35 years I’ve been 40 pounds overweight. I am also pre diabetic. I tried various gyms over these years lasting at them a few months then quitting. I’ve tried diets losing some weight only to yo-yo back and gain more. My father-in-law who is 84 came to TNT to gain strength and maintain his mobility as he ages. It worked for him. He stopped experiencing pain in his hips and was able to walk longer. He’s dropped 30 pounds in about 9 months.My wife asked me to join TNT and give it a chance. I’ve worked out at TNT for 6 and a half months, twice a week, a half hour session each time. In that time my strength has increased rapidly. TNT even had to purchase a special piece of equipment to add to the leg press machine since I’ve exceeded its capacity. If you are serious about gaining strength and getting healthy I would unequivocally recommend TNT. Having workout appointments with a personal trainer gets you to the gym. All you have to do is follow the trainers instructions for a half a hour twice a week and you’re done. Don’t get me wrong. You have to work hard doing your sessions. Very hard! But Liam, Taylor and Jesse will push you to safely maximize your effort and achievement. Under their trained, knowledgeable guidance you will success. All the trainers are very supportive. I am now working with The TNT team to develop healthy eating habits. Nutrition and health advice are provided at TNT free. They will even develop meal plans for you also without charge. I’ve gotten stronger and now is the time to lose the weight that has plagued me for years. I know with Jesse, Liam and Taylor’s help I will achieve those goals as well. If you want to change your life, your health, your body get a team of professional health and fitness experts on your side and see your wishes become a reality! Join TNT and make a commitment to and investment in yourself. I couldn’t be more pleased having done that for myself with this group. I have been a long time client of Jesse's. He is knowledgeable friendly and listens to your goals and needs. The gym that he has opened is also great, it has everything you need for an efficient and well rounded workout. I’ve been a client of Jesse’s for years now. He is not only a great trainer but a great person overall. All three trainers at TNT, are knowledgeable and will listen to your needs and expectations. My hat goes off to Liam, Jesse, and Taylor for all being part of such a great establishment. Highly recommend this gym.

This is the first gym I have joined in my life and this is the first time I have worked out in my life. And I could not have found a better place and a better trainer. I joined end of July, 2022. My goal is to strengthen my core, back, neck and be stronger overall, while taking least amount of time and effort on my part!This is the perfect place for me because:1) having a personal trainer allows me to work out 30 min each time, twice a week, and get results. I started the leg press at 160 pounds and a month later, I am at 240 pounds. That’s 4 hours later basically.2) a gym that is not gross, ie dark, stuffy, smelly, crowded, eeek!3) a trainer (Taylor Jones) who can help you achieve goals without you having to know anything about anything. Just show up and do what you are told.4) because you can’t train there without a trainer, the place is never crowded so it helps if you are a screamer like me.5) there is PLENTY of parking, metered right on College and free in the side street.

Just had a personal training session with Jesse in his gym in east Oakland. Man, haven’t felt my body like this in a while! Jesse brings a unique exercise philosophy that is extremely efficient and highly effective. High intensity strength training to muscle failure, only 1-2x per week for 30min. Will get you in and out so you can have plenty of time to do everything that you need to get done. The man knows what he’s doing.I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to create a stronger, healthier body, thanks Jesse!
