Excellent trainers. They’re experienced, attentive, and know when to push you to get stronger. In personal training, they will track the weights you lift for each exercise and increase each at a weekly pace. Would highly recommend both their group classes and personal training!

I highly recommend the TNT program. In my almost 2 years. I have seen lower cholesterol levels as well as the benefits of regular strength building and exercise. I look forward to my weekly sessions. My trainer is great and he is always challenging me to improve.

For me, TNT is the most successful resistance training program I ever undertook. Short intense sessions weekly, documented strength improvement, and a competent, caring staff. And in two years, not a single injury, something that had plagued me with prior trainers. Good job TNT.
