5 years in...Life Time is definitely a five star facility offering the latest training equipment, high quality services such as massage therapy, hair salon, nail tech. A full service cafe for every meal hour, dual I door pools & hot tubs. Eucalyptus steam rooms in male & female locker room as well as sauna. Towel service, complimentary toileties and awesome classes from hot Yoga Flow to Core strengthening.Full basketball court, rock climbing wall outdoor pool with slides for the kiddos and cafe for your convenience without tracking water inside during summer season.Moral of this review; can't deny the membership fees are astronomical but so are the amenities. My only slight issue is the LACK of friendliness by certain staff members (personal trainers, salespersons). A handful of the trainers don't even crack a smile let alone greet a member at eye contact. It's rude & unprofessional. A member should not have to be your personal client in order to be acknowledged politely. Good service & kindneas are free of charge and go a looooong way in retaining otherwise disgruntled members.~Christy

The sales staff will tell you anything to get a new member, but the actual experience falls short. If your family is experienced with using a gym in general then things will likely be more positive. Our experience was that the employees were in place to up-sell not to assist customers.

Love this facility. Love the staff in Kids Academy even more! I was worried when I had my second child, that I would be wasting money on membership fees while I was recovering. I took time to speak with staff on this issue and they helped me out tremendously! This is my home away from home. The staff are so good with my children and show me they are trusted with their role. Clean facility for kids, locker room, and the general workout area.

Bad experience. I signed up for myself and my child. I brought my boyfriend in as a guest who signed up on the spot and paid 6 months of membership upfront. The staff at this location is very rude and disrespectful . My boyfriend and child are taking our money else where I would pay for multiple meals every time I come here and spa services almost every visit . They know nothing about customer service skills. The gym atmosphere is also very bad kind of like being in high school with staff constantly bothering you or interrupting your work out or whatever your doing to try to sell you more things or talk to you .

Such a beautiful gym and motivating place to work out. Staff are also very friendly and getting to know them can definitely further your workouts

Nothing compares to lifetime. The facilities are immaculate. The use of towels is incredible. Yes, a bit expensive, but worth it. Cut back on your frappuccinos and you have the money for it.

Way too hard to cancel my membership, I know I should be more on top of it but I just feel like this gym is a vicious money sponge, and I'm too afraid to just stop paying because I'm afraid they'll sue me, its gonna cost me double my membership monthly just to cancel... just really upsetting

Good atmosphere and encouragement by workers/trainers who are friendly. Great treadmills and other exercise equipment. Not overly crowded. Equipment and facility always kept nice and clean.

Childcare is awesome and the gym is nice. New Management recently, new hires seem to be doing a great job. Facility is best in st Louis by far.

My stepson has been a member for years. This year he TRIED to cancel his membership, however, they have continued to charge our credit card for the past four months. He has contacted LT each month and each month they tell him his membership will be over the next month. This has been going on for four months. This month the charge showed up again. When my stepson contacted them, they told him he would need to come in to cancel AGAIN, having already done this. They told him today that his membership would now be over after they charge our credit card again next month. I will be contacting the Attorney General and BBB. Apparently, after I have read several of these reviews, they do this to everyone who cancels.
