This place gets 5 stars from me but some of their guests get 1 star. On more than a few occasions I've found bic razors with pubes all over them in the showers and even the sauna! Some people have no respect . This is gross and the staff shouldn't have to clean your dirty mess.Bunch of years later…Why are people working out in the sauna? Seriously, I go into the sauna to relax, I don’t go into the sauna to watch people working out.Right now as I type some guy is doing step ups on the bench. Sweat is splashing everywhere.I can’t relax. Bench bouncing up and down. When this guy keels over am I supposed to help him?

I have never been one to commit to something long term but having been coming 5-6 days per week and love the workouts. Everyday it is changed up and never gets boring.

Can't beat the amenities, gym, classes, childcare. But it comes at a cost, as memenrrship prices are high as one would expect.

As I continue to evaluate this fitness placeHere is what my experience1. Overall facility is good2. Locker room has great locking mechanism3. Hair saloon…. I would say Great Clips is way better than LifeSpa haircut.4. Support desk is clueless and often provide misinformation. They had me fill out the form only for manger to tear that form in front of me.5. Different pricing provided to different customers at their discretion. I confirmed the price difference from friends and other family. When I mentioned it they simply ignored and said it’s the current market rate.Additional ExperienceCan’t pause membership over the phone or a website. Has to be in person. When called them it was a free pause, but when I went in there was a charge. Again inexperienced front desk reps.

Money hungry. This is very similar to other reviews posted regarding fees and continuous charges long after cancelling. Do your research and think twice before joining here.My response to the business’s response today: There is nothing to continue or to talk about as you will not be using me for any more money! You will not change my mind in addition to many others!

First they raised my monthly payment without full 30 day notice and then they got rid of one of their basketball courts with out any notice but I was somehow suppose to give them a 30 day notice before canceling. Still trying to charge me for a month that I did not go there at all. Once I found out about the courts I told them that was gonna be my last month but they said they would still have to charge me for another so I canceled my card. Management was extremely rude and didn’t care!!!

this place, as it goes, is a fairly wonderful gym. it's very clean, very healthy. has that kinda "upper-class wellness" feel to it. it's got a wide variety of services - they even sell food - and it's overall been pretty awesome. it's a place i could see patrick bateman going to workout.however, customer service has been getting a little finicky. they've recently hired guys and they're just... know-it-all? like one of them told me "hey ma'am, please rack your weights," and i was like, "no, i'm in the middle of my set; i'm just taking a 1-minute break," and he got all huffy and walked off.other than that, fairly nice gym. i'm kinda sad that they haven't reinstated pre-covid hours (used to be 24/7, now it's 10pm weekdays, 9pm weekends) and i've seen some pretty heated arguments around closing time, mostly related to the aforementioned new hires. it's a shame, 'cause i really like this gym and i'm willing to work with it, but if things get worse i might skedaddle.also, they cut the basketball courts in half. never played, but basketball at lifetime isn't so interesting anymore.
