Can tell the management doesn’t take everyone seriously. Not the best customer service and it’s upsetting considering the “cheap” membership is $129 you’d think they value everyone who walks through the door but that is not the case at least at this location. Facilities are great nonetheless, but in my opinion not worth the steep price point.

I was surprised here. One of my favorite location in US. Second or third one from others. Pool is overload by water, up to floor level. Other locations save water? Usually waterline is 3…7” low. Fontaine in jacuzzi, good parking space. And most beautiful lady on the reception😜😉. Thank you guys, good job! …

Great gym. Lots of room to do your own thing. It's expensive, but the facilities are kept clean and the staff is great! It's a little disappointing that half of the basketball courts were eliminated to make room for pickle ball, as that's part of the reason we joined.

Since Day One I was a founding member but haven't been back in years. It still looks the same but with up-to-date equipment. Staff is still wonderful & helpful. Food is great & of course healthy.The machines are always clean, work & give you what you need: a place to get stronger, in shape, etc. If there is a knock it's still more cost than a regular facility but the perks make it more manageable depending on your needs.

This place is ALWAYS clean. I see cleaning ladies in the shower rooms and changing room consistently and thank them for keeping it so clean!!

Horrible experience. I travel for work and I have to upgrade and downgrade with 30 days notice for different locations. I don't get that much notice for my work. This gym does not accommodate travelling workers who just want to use the lifetime gym to hit the hot tub. Do not go there.
