Planet Fitness

The manager here is absolutely rude. I asked him if the wifi was working still so I can use the app to check myself in. But he had a bad attitude and got snarky with me and I'll check you in the computer. I don't appreciate that he gave me an attitude. He needs to be fired. All the other employees are good with the exception of the manager. Corporate officials. You need to take legal action on the manager here or I will go to a different Planet Fitness to workout. I'm not comfortable working out here if the manager is here. Today was a worst experience.

I am very thankful for Planet Fitness. The people are great and the club is clean and spacious. That being said, here are my three suggestions:1) Do whatever it takes to make sure Jack never quits. He's an amazing person and trainer, and he is the heart of the club.2) Monitor the 30 minute room. People don't follow the rules and sit on equipment forever so you can't get to every machine in the express workout. There are two women in particular who I always see in there just sitting on equipment forever and chatting with one another.3) Please notify customers if booked classes get cancelled so they don't show up for nothing.Thanks!

This club has the worst customer service. The curly haired guy at the front desk has no compassion and there is no consistency when it comes to their so called rules. They are not consistent with asking for eyewear.

This place has the WORST cancellation policy. It's very inconvenient. Most places allow you to cancel online, over the phone, with a fax or even through their app but Planet Fitness doesn't allow that.

Overall the staff is nice but few people like Madison don't keep their (PF) words... When I signed up 1.5 years back they said I can have one guest and they can try one time the tanning bed.Fortunately, I never had to use that but today when I tried it. She said no, my guest has to get black membership.I agree a 100% rules are rules and should be followed no matter how futile they are. But it's about the principle of respecting what planet fitness previous employees have said. They have new employees every 3-5 months. This makes me think they will promise you stuff just to get your business and then nothing.

Decent gym buy why are the paper towels ALWAYS empty? Trying to wipe down my machine and gotta try to find one of the 5 dispensers that is actually filled. Also needs to be more areas for people to stretch and do non machine work. They have an area but it's filled with machines? Therefore, people just do it right in the middle of the isles. I think we could do without some machines.

This is one of the nicest, if not the nicest Planet Ftness I've ever visited. The showers, shower heads are premium quality. I Iiterally attempted to count how many treadmills were available, reason being, I've never seen so many treadmills inside of a Planet Fitness. Multiple stair climbers and very spacious fitness area and locker room. This should probably be the model for all the Planet Fitnes facilities. Really enjoyed my visit.

Awesome place for truckers to come and get some work out. You can park at the mall go to the across the planet fitness. Very sweet staff. Showers clean bathroom I would definitely stop again and work out here. Thank you for a great service.

Worst experience here at this location. First of all 5months pregnant. Just got done with my workout, and I wanted to get on the massage chair because that’s my routine every time. I have a black card membership so it includes everything. They didn’t have my picture on my profile and asked for one, I said I’m sweaty today so I’m going to decline to do that today. I just want to get on the massage chair. The staff member refuses and threatened to not let me back in the gym unless I take the picture. Like who are you to threaten me?Called the place to speak to a manager and I am 100% that was not the manager, she did not care about what the staff member did nor cared to even ask who the staff was. Good job planet fitness on loosing a long time member. I will never return.If I could rate it 0 I would. Horrible customer service

The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They are here to make sure we are safe and successful. I commend Julyssa and John.
