Planet Fitness

I've been going to this PF for a while now (over 2 years) and it has consistently been one of the cleanest and most efficient gyms I've ever been to! The staff is always quick to serve customers and keep the place well functioning. Only a few equipment breakdowns in the time I've been there. The culture there has been well maintained as opposed to the other Planet Fitness locations I've been to.

Overall I don’t have many complaints; staff is friendly, facility is clean, plenty of machines, options, classes, overall convenient. I bumped from the basic to whatever the $20 tier is after being in the basic plan for 6-12 months. They transitioned it up no problem. Great. Well, I needed to bump back down to the basic plan(maybe a year later?), but by doing so was charged an additional $40+, total for some $50+ for the month. I could cancel my entire plan for free though.... I doubt I would have ever canceled my membership had they just bumped me back down without any extra charges, I’ve been going there for 2.5 years. Regretfully I’m now looking for a new gym.

Great place!! Super friendly staff! Everything is clean and well kept!! 100/10 would recommend! Great prices and environment!! Massage beds and tanning beds are AMAZING as well as the equipment! I highly suggest coming here. Sierra and Rosa are the best of the best!

I have been working out here for over a year. The gym is always clean and staff is always friendly and it's hours are a true 24/7. It might be a little limited compared to a full service gym with aerobic classes & childcare, but that is known up front. I find it a great value for my $20/month as I do take advantage of the massage chair and hydro beds.

I love working out here! There is everything I could possibly need to workout, and everything is extremely clean. The staff is super friendly, especially Shelby! The black membership is so worth it, the tanning and massage beds are amazing as well

This location is absolutely amazing. I come here every single day especially for two employees in particular they’re both named Jack and they always accommodate your every need and ALWAYS greet you with a smile and treat you with the upmost respect! Sarah too!!!! She’s there at the same every day too and she always says have a nice work out and have a nice day when you leave. Over all this location is by far the best in the area!

Planet Fitness St. Peter’s is the best gym I’ve seen. It’s super clean and there’s always someone around cleaning up empty equipment. The staff is always super nice. I don’t know for sure but I think their names are Maddy and Sierra.. they’re the best there. Always super sweet and willing to joke around.

I am so glad I signed up with Planet Fitness as my gym. I have been going for a month now and the staff has been nothing shy of amazing. They are all friendly and are also willing to give you advice on eating habits and also best workout routines. The facility is always clean and smells fresh. I go 4 times a week and will continue for a long time!

Very very clean, definitely the first thing I noticed when I went to check it out. Not over crowded even during peak times, great rates, I can bring a friend each time and they have a ton of amenities to offer. Staff is very nice, they greet everyone when they come in but even better is how on top of cleaning they are. Most of the time there's usually someone floating around wiping equipment, turning tv's off, refilling spray bottles etc. Keep up the great work!

I’ve been to a lot of different gyms including planet fitness ones in various states. Out of all of them this one is by far my favorite!The staff is the friendliest I have ever encountered.The gym is ALWAYS spotless and very well maintained.The tanning beds are managed very well.The locker rooms are VERY nice with the best showers I’ve ever used at a gym.The staff regularly makes rounds wiping down all the equipment and resetting the equipment. I’ve even seen them go around as a team lifting the machines to sweep and mop under each and every one of them (which is a big deal, other gyms its nasty looking underneath the equipment where it looks as if it hasn’t even been dusted since it’s been put in). Best gym I’ve used in my opinion, thanks to the staff and quality.
