The staff are so nice, way better than club, it’s way less busy than club only complaint is the showers.. wouldn’t get warm & didn’t feel that clean in there.

Was judged by employees.Embarrassed by the alarm being setting off when all I was doing was lifting. Was told I was slamming my weight when i was simply sitting it on the bar (how can you slam a smith machine. ) employees fail to understand metal touching metal makes some noise. Following this 2 other people benching less made the same metal on metal sound and where not spoken too. Bag I carried was fine all week(4 days prior) until this incident. Told me it had to go in the locker room where it could be stolen and unsupervised. They had locks but conviently where out today. Put my bag in my truck and went to dumbbells so I couldn't be told i was slamming those. Terrible experience.P.s. I have been in the military been to many planet fitnesses around the US and never received any treatment like this anywhere else. Very disappointing.

Great gym to go to! Only 10$ a month for white card membership. 25$ a month for black card membership with benefits of being able to go to any planet fitness location. Being able to bring in friends and or family members to work out with you for free. And also gets you access into the massage area and tanning area.

Signed up recently. We were assisted by quintin, did a great job showing us around and provided great service.Equipment was clean and for the price paid amenities are good.Would recommend if you just need the basics.

I like this in location the environment is more friendly than the wentzville for sure after my last experience with the wentzville location I will probably not be renewing my membership

Enough is enoughAfter 4+ years, here we go…For having such a nice facility, the service has gone from ok to poor. Since I have signed up, I have emailed the corporate office 5x. 2 for mask policies, 2 for equipment issues, and 1 for a general question. I only received a response from 1 of them.This poor service in corporate is reflected in the staff at the stores as well. Bringing up equipment issues, being out of paper towels, or empty sanitizer bottles to the staff is ridiculous. I shouldnt have to tap you on the shoulder to pull your face from your phone as im 3 feet from you on the other side of the desk, or you shouldn’t give the impression that im interrupting your cell phone time when I have a question or issue with a piece of equipment.Aside from the facility being clean, I constantly see 2-4 employees doing nothing at the front desk. Playing on cell phones, or just standing doing nothing. Or the best one…playing on cell phones with earbuds in, with a vacuum strapped to your back while sitting at a machine (yes, I watched that last one happen a few times and he didn’t vacuum much at all). Where is the mgr in all this? I do see a black shirt which I think signafiesAs a customer, its infuriating when I must go to 3 different cleaning stations to get a paper towel to wipe off the equipment and I wish this was a onetime occurrence. Even worse, when I tried to get the attention of one the employees turning off the tvs on the treadmills/ellipticals to ask for a mgr about the paper towel issue, he couldn’t hear me cuz of the earbuds in his ear. By the end of fri night 5/6/22, there were 4 stations out of paper towels when I left around 8pm.If you come for the spacious and clean facility, you’ll be fine. Anything else, in my experience in 4+ years, is disappointing.10/31/22 UPDATEAfter speaking with a regional mgr, nothing has changed. Took 4 months to fix the back extension. Paper towels are still out/not working so you have to go to multiple stations (just cuz it has paper doesn't mean it works). Multiple employees still stand around the front desk talking or playing on phones 95% of the time which wouldn't bother me so much if I could get paper from the first station I walk to. Place is still spacious and clean.

This location used to be 24 hours. Not sure when they changed it but we never received any notice that hours were changing. Now driving to wentsville because our only time to workout rests within the hours this club is closed

I find planet fitness always clean, the staff members are helpful and its such a good space to workout at

I wanted to cancel my membership- planet fitness only allows you to do this in person. This is very inconvenient and not preferable, especially considering the current pandemic this should not be the case. There is no reason this cannot be done over the phone or via email, or via the app. This is a gym membership cancellation- not a divorce for heavens sakes.
