CLOSED SAT AND SUNDAY Until 7. Pre covid 5 stars. Post 2, hours bite now. Clean equipment. Nice locker rooms. Drinking water is the perfect temperature so you can drink as much as you need without freezing your teeth. Staff is very nice. Pre covid they had plenty of equipment. Stairclimbers work great and tall people don't have to hunch over as much as some other stairclimbers require. They also allow for my book holder to fit nicely on them. The layout of equipment is nice. Especially for ectomorphs who just want to exercise and not socialize. Staircliyare in sets of two and on the ends. There is enough cardio spread out that you don't have to work out next to someone if you don't want to. But endomorphs can be happy too (after covid goes away) because there are plenty of cardio equipment in rows. Weight equipment is in great condition. There might not be enough of some stuff during prime time, but there generally isn't a huge crowd when I'm there. I haven't run into a problem yet of not being able to use the weights when I want to. Also they close if there is a snowstorm. They don't direct the calls to the employees houses like they did during covid. So call ahead in bad weather. If no one answers, don't drive all the way there to discover they are all whimps.

Recently transferred my membership from the Florissant location. This club is much smaller, the equipment is packed in there, and some of my favorite machines are not there. Can't wait for the O'Fallon location to open.

I’m a three year member. They elected to change the club hours and are no longer 24/7. There was no warning of the change. One solution.. travel an extra 30 minutes one way to the nearest 24/7 location. If they do not increase weekend evening hours, I will cancel my membership. Don’t need to speak to a manager. I’ve expressed my feelings on this change in the post.

Great place very clean the staff is extremely helpful love going to Planet Fitness

I love Planet Fitness for the close convenience to my house (less than 2 miles). I have been a member for probably close to 4 years or so and have the black card membership..not only do I use all the cardio machines, I also love the hydromassage beds and also the ability to use the tanning beds! The employees have always done a great job keeping the facility clean and I love that products are supplied to clean machines before/after use (even though most people don't clean them..NASTY!) Most of the employees are friendly and helpful!

In reply to the response: Already talked to your location. Once this storm clears, I'll be making a 1.5 hour drive all the way up there to cancel my membership. As your GM (or at least he claimed to be) so nicely put it, "Maybe [I] should have read the terms and conditions." Unbelievably ignorant.

I've been going to this gym for a number of years now, I have worked with many different trainers. Jack is the greatest trainer of them all. I expect to live a long time now thanks to Jack.

Water in fountains tastes like chemicals, asked repeatedly for them to replace filters, water still tastes like chemicals, I figure this is a way for them to sell their own bottled water, kind of pathetic if that’s the case.Showed up to find all my clothes, other items, lock, missing from my locker, apparently you can’t leave your stuff in the locked locker at the end of exercise routine, you have to take all your items/lock home with you when you leave, or they will remove all your stuff, at least they were intelligent enough to keep it safe and return it to me, told me that there should be a sign in the locker room stating that, there was not as well as it should be in the policy, who in right mind will be looking through the policy for that.TV’s on exercise machines work half of the time and half of the time do not, that been going on couple of weeks now.Otherwise not a bad gym, plenty of exercise machines, nice locker rooms, showers, good air circulation, amenities.To the response from the owner below. Or maybe perhaps you could handle that problem yourself, since you are the owner and responsible for your business.
