Such a great atmosphere and place to workout , before or after work. Staff is super friendly and very Helpful. I had a few questions and Blake was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will Definitely keep going back!

Great facility. Only negative is that often, papertowel dispensers are out of paper towels for their required machine wipe downs. Shouldn’t be with 10 staff members on duty. People use machines as recliners for 15 min texting sessions or internet searches. This shouldn’t be permitted by club, especially during peak hours. Do your reps and keep it moving so someone else can get their workout in.

I would give zero stars if I could. I loved during Covid a few hours away from this location and called to cancel. After learning I needed to send a letter to cancel the membership, I sent a letter in September, October, and November to cancel my membership. As of March they were still withdrawing my membership and refusing to do anything. I finally gave up waiting for them to do something and requested my bank block their transactions. Never trust this company, just go to a local gym, YMCA or anytime fitness where it isn’t a hassle to cancel and you don’t continue to be charged after cancelling the way you are required. Moral of the story someone should file a lawsuit against this location for theft.

We joined this gym many years ago as it was advertised to be 24/7 operating hours, then they changed their hours for Sat-Sun 7a-7pm with no change in our monthly membership dues. I contacted the management via email and they seem to not care by their response give (just go to another location that serves members 24/7). I think that the members that joined during their advertised 24/7 operating hours, no judgement, etc. should be compensated and have the monthly member price dropped to reflect the time that we are not able to use the gym.

Have been regular 3-5 times a week member for 3 years, I have been to a few clubs local and few a different states and St. Peter's, MO location is by far superior!! Always clean, organized and a friendly staff. Blake and his whole team are amazing 👏!! Give them all some great raises 💰 they deserve it. Thanks for your hard work. …

Would like to share. The Jack the trainer at planet fitness at Mid Rivers Dr., Mall. Is an excellent person outstanding human being. Beyond knowledgeable on showing me how to work out and correctly do the machines that I like to use. He has showed me many things that I never knew about the machines very play always courteous one outstanding employee. And I would do whatever it takes to not lose him as an employee. He is always working and helping people with working out. I don’t know if that man ever takes a rest every time I come in he’s always working filling up disinfected bottles. And always eager to help me learn something new. Once again he is an outstanding employee. Please do not let this man go I look forward to talking to him and seeing him in learning more and more every time I come into the gym. Thank you Chris J DOLLARd

I love this gym!!! Much better experience at this location than all the other Planet Fitnesses in the area. BEST GYM AND STAFF!!! Jordan did a spectacular job signing me back up ( there was some confusion with the membership ) Jordan got it all figured out and was a tremendous help! Kaleb the manager and the desk staff ( Mason, Tommy, Shelby ) also are so pleasant to deal with! CLEAN and GREAT EQUIPMENT! Great massage beds and chairs! This location has neck pads for the squat machine. All the other locations do not.

I recently joined Planet Fitness In St. Peters after being a member at another club for several years. Planet Fitness offers so much more for the money. Bringing a friend for free is such a great perk that is not offered at other gyms. The hydro massage bed is incredible after a good workout and is also included with the black card. What I really love is having a trainer to work with. I've been to about half a dozen classes so far and Jack has been the trainer. He's an incredible resource and motivator. He has shown me how to use many of the machines and weights and helps me use them correctly. He is always more than happy to answer questions and make the workout work for me. He's a great asset to the gym. So glad I joined!

We are traveling around the United States for a year and we hit all the planet Fitness. This one is pretty busy, it's Monday between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. that we visited. Staff was phenomenal. Best ones so far. Tanning booths and massage all available, no waiting. Jim is very clean, it's a large facility, they have the four big fans spinning the correct way and getting a lot of air circulated, overall very well maintained gym and staff.

Good gym, great price, friendly staff, nice equipment, overall a great value!The front desk does a great job of ensuring only members are getting into the facility, which really makes for an overall safer and better experience!
