Obi is a great personal trainer in large part because he is an excellent teacher. His personal training sessions have taught me how to create a varied and effective workouts. Its been three weeks since I started training and I look forward to the workouts every session because they are both challenging and exciting. He pushes the limits for better overall strength. He is very punctual and is flexible to work around our schedule.

Obi is a great trainer, I was skeptical at first but after the first workout session with him I’m convinced he’s the best . I couldn’t last for 30 min. On the days I don’t meet with him , he gives me workouts to do at the gym and they are just as hard . Obi will guide and educate you about your nutrition intake. I feel like he genuinely care about his clients , he doesn’t rush to leave after workout session, he stays and gives feedbacks, explanations, doesn’t cheat the workout time like other trainers I have encountered in the pastObi is very friendly and caring and I never have a personal trainer like that before . I've been working with Obi for months now and the results are amazing! If it wasnt't for him and the motivation that he gives me, I wouldn't have become the new me I am today. Obi is not only helping me changing my body and health. He's giving me the tools that I need to change my life as well. Highly recommned obi. The best trainer in Utah hands down down. I've worked with other trainers in the past, and obi is bar far the best. The best part of it all is that there's no need to go the gym. He brings the gym to you and trains from home. Awesome!

Honestly, when I started working with Obi I didn’t know what I was getting myself into! Lol. But it is 10,000% worth it. Obi KNOWS what he is doing. He is kind, smart, a hard worker and he is an amazing friend and coach. He’ll always be straight up with you even if you don’t want to hear it. He wants the best for you and wants you to be the best you and nothing less. He will push you to your limit and beyond because he believes in you and will always let you know that. Obi has been awesome. He has great follow up and really cares about my family.We train every week as a family ages 10-15 kids and 2 adults. Always has new stuff for us and pushes us to do better.Definitely 5 stars.

I have been training with Obi for about 2 months. Saw his training on Instagram and I was interested. I didn't have high expectations since all my personal trainers in the past didn't motivate me enough with the workout and the results. I'm glad I gave him a try, and I was impressed. He trains and also educates me about the fitness, the health, the food and etc. He definitely knows what he's doing.

I’ve had great trainers before (Gold’s gym & VASA) who I’ve learned a thing or two from but none like Obi he’s so much more involved than training sessions, his schedule is flexible enough to fit in my busy day and life. He’s made eating healthy so much easier and delicious than meal prepping because I get to eat the same food I love by switching a thing or two to a healthier choice of the same thing. Obi is amazing to train with he pushes you mentally and physically. I look forward to many more trainings and time to learn from him.
