I get off work at 11pm and used to go tanning. Never had trouble until this one worker has been at the ogden, ut gym. She'll make you wait 20 min. at the desk to schedule a tanning booth and then when she does help you and asks how long you'd like to tan for.... she'll shut it off within 2-3 minutes when the full time was requested. Canceling my membership because I can't even use it because of this worker.. all she does is wipe down machines and not tend the front desk.... or if she does 'help' you, it's only to be mean and cut your tanning session short. Or maybe it's the glitter on her eyelids and she can't see the numbers she's typing into the computer.

Planet Fitness is my favorite gym.The Staff is always friendly and they do a good job keeping up the equipment, maintaining a positive environment, and a clean place to work out.

Would be a perfect place to workout at night if they had more free weights and heavier dumbells. Other than that the employees are awesome and you can get some decent gains for a good price.

Welcoming environment but dishonest business practice from this local branch. I wanted to cancel the membership and had to do it in the originated branch of where I got it from even though I moved away. The manager Sid took her own sweet time to delay posting my payment status that caused an extra unnecessary monthly fee being deducted from my bank account.Update: the social media team asked me to reach out to the local branch to resolve the issue that started the whole reason why the review was made. Trying to virtue-signalling and presenting a goodwill gesture that doesn't solve any of your business practice- NO thanks! If I can, I would give no star to this local - "so called individual franchised" that the HQ corporate can't do anything about branch. Reading other one or two stars reviews here confirmed that the BRANCH manage has done the same to multiple other folks.

I love going to this planet fitness, I always feel so welcomed by the amazing staff! They are always smiling and helpful. This gym is also always so clean, it is the best!

Well this makes me sad. The staff here are pretty amazing and friendly. However Im NOT impressed with the company. You pay your monthly payments and then you have an annual fee ( by the name you would think it was a fee good for a year). The company has charged me two annual fees in less than a years time. Good thing my glutes are strong from working out cause after talking with the company seems I get to just bend over and take it.

The management has been great! The place is always clean and the workers always helpful and kind. I love the no hassle no worries. They’ve even taken the time to get to know regulars names and faces which makes me feel greeted every time I go in. 😁 …

So bad, clearly they can't help or do anything. I was double charged on my bank account and my credit card and they said since it isn't showing on their system it doesn't matter. I literally showed them my phone with both charges. When I said I wanted to cancel, they said I needed to pay a $15 late fee. The late fee I'm not upset about. I'm upset that I was unfairly double charged and no body in the entire building could help me. Trust me folks, you don't want a gym that can't tie their own shoes, metaphorically. They are helpless and surely don't care about you.

Over the last four years they have dealt with a lot during Covid. However, I feel the clubs cleanliness has absolutely ranked. I don’t know where the disregard to the standards they had four years ago came from but they should go back to the level of CLEAN they used to maintain. Lots of employees standing around in the evenings and the tanning beds the dust build up and floors are insane, the dust on the 360 fans , under equipment. One person can’t do it all it takes some leadership and a great team. Kaycee is by far the greatest asset !!!
