The gym experience itself was good. Cancelling in person and then their apparent billing cycle where i cancel early but still have to pay for the next month is garbage. I was going to leave it at two stars but man they sure we're slimy and leave me with an awful taste in my mouth.

I love this gym, management and staff are very warm, friendly, and helpful. They always have a smile on their face. It’s very clean and has everything you need for a total workout. I’m very grateful for these guys!!

This gym is great. Friendly staff. Obviously as a gym goes they could use some other equipment that other PFs have; that would be ideal. Back and calve equipment for instance. But the crew is great and the vibe here isn't the stigma that PFs have. I enjoy getting svelte and swollen here.

I was really nervous about going to the gym and I waited way too long to get a membership! I love planet fitness! Everyone is super nice and helpful, I don't feel like I'm being judged or looked at. I cab go tanning get a massage and workout all in one place! I have a ways to go to get to my goal but I finally feel like it's achievable and I can do it with help from planet fitness!! I totally recommend this place!

5 stars but no shower soap.

I have been coming to this gym for over 4 yrs and I’ve moved from so Ogden to Ogden, and I still come here over the other gym! It’s clean good vibes. There have been employees come and go. However, KC has been amazing and the new GM Sid is always smiling and says hi. Amazing place!

Prices seem cheap but they get you with hidden fees. And if you cancel they charge you on top of your "monthly fee" you have to come in person to cancel which is annoying and a hassle.When I worked there in 2020 the manager Josh would make gross comments about the women that would come in on their bodies and make fun of other patrons for not being "attractive enough" or being overweight, it was terrible and he'd do it at the front desk where people no doubt could hear him. Definitely not a "judgment free zone" I'd avoid this location.

My time at planet fitness is always so amazing. The employees and manager are so helpful. Sid is one of the most kind and caring people and she can always be seen cleaning machines and helping customers out. My favorite gym I’ve been to and will continue to stay with.

It was a beautiful facility. Very clean. Only issue I had was the dirty looks the blonde working kept giving me and my wife. We decided to only shower and not work out since she had such poor facial expressions. The other employee there seemed to be doing all the labor while the blonde haired employee played on their phone. Honestly I felt uncomfortable and severely judged. Other then that the facility it’s self was super clean nice and worthy of a work out.

This gym looks amazing if slightly smaller than I was hoping for. They have all sorts of machinery and a personal trainer on staff who will actually help you design your own workout plan based on your health situation and goals. They have an amazing machine that looks like a stand up tanning machine and is supposed to help with all sorts of health issues. This is included in the perks for black card members which also include massage chairs, tanning beds, and hydro massagers. The men and women's dressing rooms both contain showers with a bench for those who can't shower standing and private changing rooms for those who are shy.
