The staff and class instructors are amazing with great energy. The equipment is a little out dated but doable. Great workout spaces, fun environment. The biggest critique is the locker room; heavy dust on top of the the lockers, trash inside some of the lockers, dirty shower floors, some showers don’t work, no toilet paper in the stalls at times, and a small space that is outdated. I am almost certain there is no cleaning crew - I go almost everyday and see virtually the same litter, debris. I would love to see this area cleaned up consistently.

I’m probably going to make it sound worse than it really is because it’s truly not a bad gym, I just really don’t like it compared to other locations and gyms I’ve been to. The cleanliness is decent and the staff are nice and friendly but the gym is ridiculously packed all the time. Equipment and machines that are broken stay broken for months at a time. My biggest complaint though is probably the lack of plates. I’ll walk over to do bench press and have maybe one of a 45, 25 and 5. I feel like I have to search the whole gym for more plates because there are FAR too few.

Great instructors. The equipment has clumps of dirt and dust. The floor where yoga is done is really unsanitary. The last straw was the toilet in the womens main bathroom that sat for months with an out of order sign placed on top of splattered feces.I’ve requested to cancel my account after years of having a membership. This place has gone down hill and does not represent a healthy lifestyle or value it’s clients . The standard that this is being ran is absolutely unfortunate. I’m not doing this bad review for a free extra month. I just want my membership canceled.

We have had so many issues with this VASA location. The remodel has made a huge mess and there is dust everywhere, no daycare, no tanning (and heaven forbid they compensate for lack of services by discounting memberships.) It is really bad. There is a guy who uses multiple machines at once and is ruining benches with multiple dumbbells every morning run the show (has has been kicked out of multiple gyms, but the manager Trey allows him to bully everyone here.) The most frustrating is their lack of maintenance—one of our last days there, we counted 13 machines out of commission! We finally cancelled our memberships and went back to EOS. Warning: Cancelling your membership is also a huge hassle, I wouldn’t bother, just go to the gym down the street.

Tanning bed bulbs are always out! 😳But the staff is so nice! Also KidCare has been closed since Covid. Apparently they are doing a remodel but haven’t even started on it yet. As a mom of 4 it’d be great to not just workout at home. …

It's packed at certain times, but it has yet to cause us difficulties completing our workouts. The facility has everything you need--and it's clean. Love the hot tub, pool, steam room, sauna, basketball court, weights... pretty much …

I’m paying over $25 bucks a month for all the amenities the gym offers but they’re renovating the gym so none of them are available. I understand renovations are necessary but it’s not right they’re charging me for things I can’t use.

Bathroom is always disgusting, cold showers/no hot water for 3 weeks, broken water fountains, paper towel dispensers empty, and equipment that is not maintained. Staff doesn’t seem like they care and are more busy sitting at the front …

VASA's lack of communication, professionalism and their predatory tactics without clear explanation deem them as a business that should be avoided at all costs. After cancelling personal training in July I was informed that in fact I did not cancel "correctly" and I was charged 2 more months (even though I was out of state) and that there was nothing they could do about it. Months later after cancelling personal training and my membership during that phone call I became alerted that VASA was still charging my credit card for services I was no using and did not have access to 4 months after leaving. Buyer beware! And although convenience/location is important when choosing a gym I would exercise extreme caution before signing up with VASA.

I didn’t notice that the location finder had picked the wrong gym when I signed up my son. When he showed up to our gym, the only one in 50 miles, they turned him away. When we called to switch it they wanted a bunch of money to change it! They wouldn’t let us cancel our membership for 6 months. My son didn’t get to go to the gym but they deceivingly charged us the entire time. I will never use this gym for my family again!!
