The style of training is the best methods for fat loss and Weightloss. You are getting the best of both worlds ( weight training and cardio ) in an hour workout. Super fun and clean environment!

Decent workout. Not worth the money at all. Especially considering that if you want to try it out for a month, they're on a monthly billing cycle (corporate bullshit terms). Basically means if you only want to try a month, plan on paying for two months as it will take them that long to cancel your account? So at $20+ per hour of workout time, might as well buy a whole year worth of Vasa for the same price as a month membership.

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. Frankly it wasn't even the class itself that I disliked, it was the EXTREMELY pushy and high pressure sales tactics. This is coming from someone who works in sales myself and I understand that there are goals that need to be met, but this was almost comically bad. I did leave the class early simply because it was not my style. I politely told the front desk receptionist that I would be leaving due to my lack of interest. She looked horrified, and then proceeded to push a membership-- even after I had told her I disliked the class. I really can't believe it's a $140/month for a fitness class that really wasn't accommodating or interesting. I would not recommend it. I'd like to mention that I do work out regularly and perhaps that is why I didn't find the workout challenging, but regardless not a fan.

Alright, WOW! OrangeTheory Fitness of Orem has more than exceeded my expectations. I was hesitant to sign up for the free introductory workout because I'm not "gym guy" and truthfully I was kind of intimidated by the thought of failing at gym stuff. However when I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff, obviously trained in taking new people and making them comfortable no matter what their fitness level. They were genuinely focused on finding out where I was at with my personal fitness and building from that level, and they explained how each class is tailored to accommodate my own ability while pushing me to make improvements during each session. My first few workouts were pretty pathetic-these are legitimate, tough workouts-but it was so evident from day one that OrangeTheory was a place that would ultimately help me get into shape in a fun and safe environment. All in all, I would highly recommend taking advantage of the free introductory class. Come meet the trainers and MC's (they are "gym people" in the most endearing way) and experience working out in an environment where you are sure to lose weight, burn calories, tone up, and get in better shape. Find out for yourself why I can't write enough good things about this place, you'll thank me later!

You get what you pay for! If you want a certified personal trainer to make sure that you are doing the right things to get in shape, but you don't want to pay the $99/hr, then Orangetheory is the place for you. It's one of the funnest, most comprehensive workouts offered in Utah Valley! The science behind it is genius and all it requires is for you to show, up strap on your heart rate monitor, and be ready to work. The trainers lead you through the workout and ensure that you create the hormonal shift in your body that will burn fat and increase your lean muscle mass. Three to four workouts per week at Orangetheory and you are guaranteed to see results! And the girls at the front desk rock!
