This OTF location is so good! I was on vacation in Provo and used this OTF for the first time. Coach Utah and Coach Nick are incredible, enthusiastic coaches with awesome workout playlists.

I came from an out of State OTF and Tawny was the best coach yet! At 5am it is nice to have someone who has that amount of energy and someone who can make you laugh all morning! Great location!

Been a member with OTF in Orem for over a year now. Never been happier with a gym. Reaching and surpasssing my fitness and health goals has never been a reality until now. They do the hard work, all I have to do is show up and execute. They make it easy to give my best effort every minute of the workout. I can’t think of anytime I have come away wishing I had tried harder or worked more. I just want to keep coming back for more. Because of OTF Orem, I run faster, lift more, and feel better than ever.

absolutely love love orange theory orem. i’ve been to multiple studios around the country and by far orem has the best staff. everyone is so welcome and loving and makes you feel like your best friend. the studio manager mads is the best ever & pushes me each class. I love the fast paced, high intensity workout that kicks my butt everyday.
