Put my account on hold for a trip, didn't go back in, they kept billing me. Change of management and loss of key employees. Good workout, bad business practices

Love Orange Theory! Everyone is so friendly and fun! Everyday is a push and it's fun to get to do it with a group of people with the same goals!

Love OT! This is the best shape I've been in my whole life and I'm even starting to enjoy working out which is not typical for me. 10/10 would recommend!

I loved that it was a group workout, but you get the benefit of having a personal trainer. I also felt like it was kind of mindless in that the coach had us busy the whole time. I hate going to the gym and trying to figure out what to do next.

The trainers and workouts are great, but I have been surprised and disappointed at the actions of the management. I called to dispute an unfair charge yesterday, and they responded by telling me that the indefinite contract I have held since September 2016 is no longer valid. I was shocked! The poor organizational structure seems to have lead to confusion, miscommunication, and ultimately dishonesty as the management refused to honor the contract we both signed. In my opinion, they breached our contract. I will probably work out at OrangeTheory when I move from Provo, but I would avoid this management (Orem and Lehi locations) at all costs.

This used to be the BEST gym and the BEST atmosphere I have ever been to. I am so sad that things have recently changed and the owners have made decisions to let go of half of the very loved and respected coaches. The coaches were what made it so great. They had real connections with the members and cared so much about us. Its sad to see this great franchise not only treating their employees awful, but in turn treating their members like they don't matter. #bringbackbritt #bringbackKB #bringbackhaley #makeotfgreatagain

I would not recommend attending this specific OTF due to the excessive amount of corporate oversight. At other OrangeTheory locations, they are more willing to work to accommodate the clients and have much better management styles. This gym continues to fire the best trainers and coaches, and replace them with those who just go through the motions. This has been my main location since signing 2 years ago, but I can't stand for a company that continues to remove those individuals who stand out, just for a bottom line.Coach KB and Britt have been amazing, and are often the reason I pull myself out of bed to go exercise. Without them and their wonderful energy, I find I don't even want to attend anymore. So sad that this place has turned so corporate. Cottonwood Heights is a much better studio, and I am thinking of transferring to the Lehi location.

I love this gym! The atmosphere is amazing and is always very positive. The coaches and other staff members bring so much energy into every workout and make you excited to go to the gym. I love that every workout is carefully planned out and set. The coaches are always there watching your form to give you corrections when needed. I love OTF Orem!

Orangetheory is the best workout I have ever done. Sometimes, I have a hard time getting motivated to go to class but once I get there, time always flies and I am drenched with sweat the whole time. I have ALWAYS left class thinking, "I am so glad I did that!". My favorite thing about it is the encouragement that I get from the coach. I like when the coach singles me out and notices that I am giving it my all. This location is great because the front staff tries their best to make everyone who walks in feel like family. The coaches are solid here and make me feel at ease during the workouts.
