The machines are always clean, and the people are generally really kind. I have yet to go at a time that it’s not really busy, but that’s to be expected due to it not being as large as some other locations.

No parking. Ever. Very crowded. You have to wait to get on a machine. They advertise $10/month but then they hit you with a $50+ "service fee." If you try to cancel they bill you for another full month of service plus over $50 additional fee. Very deceptive billing practices.

I have been a member since 2010 and everything went great until I came to realize that I was enrolled in their Studio Red class 6 months ago without my consent. I tried to solve the issue directly with them, but they refused to help me. Their customer service at Paramount acceptance is the WORSE! Waiting time is always long (about 20 minutes) and they never know anything. Every time I called to solve this issue they did not know anything and/or will tell me that they will call me back and never do. Today, after 3 weeks of trying to resolve the issue, I called again and the customer service rep told me that they do not have an answer yet and hung up on me even though I asked nicely. I had to dispute the charges with my bank because Vasa refused to solve this issue. I am very disappointed. These people do not know how to do business and they are very dishonest.I cannot provide my email over this review. I did talk to the manager in person because Paramount never completes with anything that they state or care about resolving the incorrect issue. The manager could provide no evidence of me agreeing or signing up for studio red and refered me to "call corporate". So much for Vasa buying out Gold's Gym to provide better local support when they are using the exact same business model of having no local power and depening on a horrible thrid party company by the name of Paramount fitness that seems to control all.

Great place to workout!! same as any other commercial gym, you must figure out the busy hours. Equipment is in good condition, if anything breaks they fix it in a timely manner. Showers could use some touch up, but if you’re not picky then no problem. I come here multiple times per week as work is a Rios the street.Check out the gram: ssgt_ortiz_jonathan🦅🌎⚓️

Excellent exercise equipment, but the the coaches and the team are a little full of themselves. Doesn’t really feel welcoming from as soon as one walks in. They have have great physiques because of the hard work that they put in. so it does attract attention to bring customers to subscribe to their programs.But when the average man or woman interacts with them, there’s an attitude is passive aggressive and too casual .Yes, being physically fit is necessary and it does give you a bit of attention. But what this attitude and demeanor, one will not get retention. I’ve been a member for about 4 years now. And honestly for whatever reason, this is starting to become the new norm when it shouldn’t be.

Love the gym but it’s very packed and I wish there was more equipment. But it’s a great price and great service.

Equipment kept up well. Facility is pretty clean. Sometimes you have to wait for an employee to finish a personal conversation to be helped but that doesn't happen often.

Great gym. Gets crowded in the afternoons but I usually don’t have to wait too long. Massage beds, steam room and sauna are nice after a workout.

I have been to a few different Vasa locations but this is now by far my favorite! The staff are friendly and helpful, the facility is clean, and everything is well maintained. I am very impressed and this will be my new go to location!

I've been a member of this gym since Feb 2020. The equipment and upkeep is nice. The staff is very helpful and polite.
