VASA Fitness

I have been loving the new VASA gym. It has equipment that I have always wanted to try using and I rarely have to wait for a machine or equipment. The Kid Care is the best! We love Monique and Emily! I know my child is safe with them.

Love the new gym up at 1600. Hate the parking. But I appreciate how nice everything is in there. Used to go to the American Fork gym and equipment is old and needs to be updated and the pool was cleaned but still not great. I do appreciate the new gym though. Everybody seems really friendly and I appreciate that. My whole family are members now

The ladies are the best, so kind and caring. Very clean! They make sure the kids are healthy too so no one gets the little babies sick. They always have a smile and come find me when my kids need me so I know they aren’t neglected. The facility is new, the toys are nice. Fun crafts, kid fit, movies, friends. I am very grateful for a place my kids enjoy and feel safe so I can also take care of myself and be a better mom for them.

The new building is amazing, the staff is always great. The best part for me though is the childcare. Monique and everyone else are so great with my little boy and he looks forward to going every day. An hour and a half of me-time every day in a beautiful gym while my kid is being taken care of is pretty incredible for $35/month.

I have been mostly pleased by my experience and membership at this Vasa location. It has a great variety of equipment that is clean and functional. I’m able to have great workouts here. The monthly membership fees are reasonable. However, the facility doesn’t accommodate the crowd well. There are usually more people than equipment—especially now that the “New Years resolution” crowd is coming. I’m not able to give 5 stars due to the constant congestion in the gym—even at 5am this place is pretty packed. Other than being overcrowded, this is a great gym.

This is our favorite gym! My kids love kid care at this location. All the ladies are always so sweet and caring to them. We haven’t been there in awhile but Sonya, Monique and Emily were so nice today and made me feel so welcomed. They are also so positive and motivating, they even took the time to show me around and update me on all the new amenities the new gym has to offer.I look forward to coming back!

I have really enjoyed the 1600 N VASA location and have made it my primary gym. The staff are helpful, professional, and kind. The equipment is overall in great shape besides normal wear and tear and there are multiples of many machines (minus a couple).I gave a 4 star review because the pricing model has changed so that some classes are no longer standard, but that you have to be a premium member to participate. I also think there is too much turf space that could have been better utilized for more machines or free weights.Otherwise, I plan on being a member until I move somewhere that I cannot be! This place is amazing and I always feel great when I go and leave.

Such a good gym to be a part of. Well maintained and sanitized by the great people that work there. I want to make special mention of Brooke, Chloe, Dustin, and Russ. Their cheerful and kind attitudes separate this gym from the rest. I had a great time being around them. They sure made me feel welcome. Thank you!

Just joined a month ago, good experience so far. Great kid care, very friendly employees. I love their massage chairs! I’m grateful they moved in to this location, so convenient!

Great new facility, a huge upgrade from the last Vasa location on 800 N in Orem. Friendly staff, new equipment. So far no complaints. Hopefully we'll be able to keep it in good shape for a while!
