Broken equipment... air bikes, bumper plates, j-clips for squat racks. For a gym that has thousands of members they can’t keep things clean or working. It simply comes down to upper management not taking ownership of their lack of attention to detail. I’ve mentioned to management a few times over the past 4-5weeks annnddd nothing. It’s literally a 40$ piece of equipment.

Unacceptable customer service. I have already a membership at a sport 24 hour level. I printed a 3 day pass for this gym but they did not let me use it because I am a member of the one on Victoria. They told me it is 10 dollars a months to upgrade but then I was told that it was 39 more a month which is equal or more expensive than buying a new membership.

The equipment is not maintained, repaired correctly or cleaned. Some of the machines have been broken for over a year! The whole place is dirty, especially the locker room. Walking from the showers to lockers, my feet will be blackened. When mopping, they seldom change the water, just mop with dirty water...when telling a manager, she said "I can't do anything about the men's locker room.. To me that is unacceptable.

I went last week to check it out to see of I was going to sign up. Bathroom was gross, pool and sauna weren't appealing, the smell was strong in the pool area. The equipment they have is newer and nice, except I don't think anyone has cleaned them since they opened, plus for a week night at 830pm-ish they were still packed -_- so I'm still looking for a gym lol

Good gym. Has a sauna, jacuzzi, pool, basketball court, free weights and machines. Definitely a good spot to hit the weights.The people that complain about broken equipment have no drive to find a similar work out using a different method. Everything is posted online so you rarely need customer service. And it's always better to call and schedule an appointment. Where there's a will there's a way. And no I don't work there I work out there. Stop whining and lift.

I've been going here since they first opened and it's been maintained quite well. They have a cleaning crew come in every night to keep the place clean. Towels are always provided about 99% of the time, and the equipment gets fixed fairly quickly. About the only problem that took a while was the basketball lights, but it wouldn't matter too much for those who don't ball.
