Staff is friendly and helpful, and the other patrons are so focused on their own fitness that you never have a chance to feel self-conscious. Equipment is well-maintained and cleaned often, both by staff and patrons. I have yet to encounter a problem with anyone or anything: machines I want are always available or someone is vacating a machine so I can go next, any questions I have are swiftly answered, and anything I might need I know I only need to ask.I recommend this place to both beginners and veterans.

(This was 6 Months Ago)My favorite in the area!! 24/7 availability always fully staffed and friendly!! Bathroom is always spotless and smells good. They are constantly cleaning the machines and making the environment allergy free!! Please keep up the great work!! I enjoy spending hours here and happy to have made this our home gym. Thank you ☺️(As of today 12/2/19)The staff needs to have a better attitude, starting from the top - Manager and Assistant Manager doesn’t give greetings out to their customers as the staff that’s under them. They seem very rude and hardly ever speak whereas their staff are so warm and welcoming always!!

I loved the experience because I was able to come in with my undersun resistance bands. My buddy kivin hard the membership that allows a friend to come in with you.We worked back, triceps, biceps shoulders and chest and since I work out with bands exclusively it was awesome they allowed it.They still have that annoying link alarm in there and for that, I could not give them 5 stars 🤣😂.But other than that I'll be back. It's been ten years but working out with my buddy made it fun.

Very small & crowded feeling, not very personable staff, and the tan beds are stand up only. No water massage beds either. I miss my nice pf in Jax.

Great staff, open 24/7. They constantly clean the machines... They have several different tiers of membership...the have 3 tanning booths and 2 massage chairs.. personal trainer available

This gym is not my favsies. Judgement free zone is a BS slogan if you work hard at staying fit and want to stay that course while adequately hydrating and doing compound movement lifts like squats and deadlifts without having to use a less than ideal Smith machine, this is not your gym.

This is a great gym that anybody would enjoy. They have all types of workout equipment and weight lifting machines. The atmosphere is very casual and just as their ad states eveybody would be comfortable there.

A busy location.. Helpful staff, clean environment, and easily accessible are all a bonus when it comes to a gym. Planet Fitness is a wonderful choice if you don't want to spend a boat load of cash.

Each PF is individually owned and operated so this review pertains ONLY to this Planet Fitness location.In short, I couldn't be happier that I joined this PF! When I first toured it, the young lady at the desk was very helpful in explaining the various memberships, took me on a tour and even explained a couple of the machines I wasn't familiar with.Since then I've enjoyed each workout day. Plenty of machines with rarely any wait at all and the equipment (and the facility) is always spotless. Every possible machine for cardio with I believe 7 televisions to watch, enough free weights to satisfy most, a "warm up/stretch" area and a separate "30 Minute Express Workout" area.Best of all is the fact that that members range in age from very young to "mature" (like me!) where everyone is just doing their own thing trying to get healthier. If you're considering a gym membership and live near this one - please visit.

Staff is not interested in customers much. It’s why I haven’t been back and been going to another gym. No one smiles or looks up.Gym and equipment are clean and well-maintained. But your desk staff is the face of your company. Eye contact, smiling, and a simple greeting goes a long way in retaining clientele.
