Kasey the manager notified me today that my payments for two previous months were never made. So I asked her why was I never notified about this until today. Kasey then notified me I am supposed to receive a email and text message, I told her I never received such email nor text message. She checked my file to make sure I had the right email and phone number and upon checking my information was correct. She then preceded to talk down on me and still charged me a late fee for late payments after I was never notified. I explained to her when a collection agency tries to collect a debt they make several attempts. Kasey has seen me enter this gym on several occasions and everytime I swiped my card to enter, you never saw that the payments was posted. This utter negligence and lack of leadership. Kasey carefree attitude simply allowed this to happen while this matter could have been rectified since February after the first payment never posted.

I transferred to this location last year August and since then it’s been a monthly headache with my brother and I account being automatically withdrawn. Excuses are systems were giving problems and not proper internet access. After speaking with a manger in January and getting everything cleared up for both accounts you would think the issue would not occur again. WRONG.Staff failed to notify us of a payment not being paid for February, March and April. We came here through those three months and scanned our cards each time and no one said anything about a payment needed.Kasey the Assistant Manager attempt to charge us two late fees for something we weren’t awared about and dignosis the issue as technical. So why are we being charged a late fee if it’s not our fault.During the conversation, you can tell she obviously didn’t care by trying to get us to cancel our membership.You come to this location, you will definitely feel the carefree lack of behavior Kasey demonstrates.

Kasey the manager was extremely rude and very unprofessional when she approached me saying I was "dropping the weights too loud" mind you I had just got there I told her it wasn't me and I was on my first set . The lunk alarm never went off.... I was kicked out and my membership was revoked I called corporate they said management from planet fitness on malabar would contact me, the next day the "manager" called me and said he I wasnt allowed back and basically nothing was gonna happen to Kasey, I'm extremely unhappy I was Humiliated And singled out will never step foot in another planet fitness again also just had a few friends join before this incident they definitely will be cancelling their memberships also .

We joined club a few months back...place its ok...big turnover in staff...always different front desk staff...that along its not very good...also PF needs to have someone on the floor assisting a lot of people who are using their equipment wrongly...instead of everyone hanging out at the front as it is the case in many instances. Personal trainer Nathan is very good and knows his duties and he seems to be very busy...hopefully Corporate will take notice and keep him. I have several times reported the water fountains to be NOT working as the water comes out luke warm...been told they already had someome fix it.....NOT...Corporate need to be able to identify good employees and give them incentives to keep the good ones...

Ehh. Water fountains are never cold, Men's room is always a mess with piss and toilet paper on the ground just about every time I go. But it's cheap and if you go late night it's not overcrowded. What do you expect for $9.99 a month

Not the worst planet fitness I've been to but by far from the best. The gym is clean but locker room and restroom are usually disgusting. Staff is courteous when signing up but afterwards are usually pretty nasty. Especially the women at the front desk. Snobby and disrespectful!

This is where I spend 3 to 4 days a week. The equipment is impeccably maintained. Everything is immaculately cleaned. Hot water instantly in the ladies room. This week there has been new equipment I'm sure it's lovely it would be better if there was someone walking the floor to help people understand and use it properly. Every time a new machine is added so is confusion about what to do with it. The place has an age range from 18 we have a gentleman who is going to be a hundred in January. Everyone gets along we are multi-ethnic we are multiracial we're probably multi everything else no one ever has an issue when they say judgement-free Zone they are not kidding. The front desk is always helpful and friendly again I believe they could circulate on the floor, it is a large facility if they circulated more we have more information on the Machinery it can get confusing particularly as many of us are seniors. Otherwise every Star possible they get it

My husband and I go together. I like going there... I could say I LOVE going there but since I have to drag my butt there out of sheer will I can't say I'd LOVE going to *any* gym. :) But the people are friendly. I don't usually go into the locker room but the times I have it has been clean. Very rarely do I see people not wipe down equipment. I've seen the staff wander around the gym and wiping down equipment on their own. We usually go around 9 am and we don't usually have difficulty finding two treadmills together. Parking isn't usually bad especially when we go in the morning. I haven't gone in the evening or at night so I can't say what that time is like.
