Visiting from out of town. Gym was fine, but if you're trying to be conscious of the current pandemic- this wouldn't be the location for you. Not sure what OH's current guidelines are, but 75% of the patrons weren't wearing masks (during workouts / walking around the gym) and not a whole lot of social distancing taking place. Went to the Strongsville location, and felt it was a better environment.

I’m in town for a little bit to visit family and I came in 7am Friday morning and Saturday morning. I was immediately greeted and welcomed by the two front desk girls. While waiting they showed me the hydro massage beds and was very very sweet. I almost wished I lived here to always have this atmosphere at the gym. Highly recommend!

If I could go lower I will. Dirty equipment. Horrible customer service. They can’t even cancel your membership when you go in and cancel. Their manager Connie is just nasty and rude with no people skills. They charge you even after you cancel. Do not go to this gym ever.

There's a very large parking lot, so you'll have no trouble finding a spot. Also, this Planet Fitness is positioned in way where you get a nice view of the sunset at dusk! Just sit behind the McDonald's. Otherwise, nice gym with adequate space inside.

Love Planet Fitness!! For only $10 a month, you have lots of equipment to work with, very clean place and I love that is it open 24/7! It makes it very accommodating when you have a crazy schedule. Highly recommend! :)
