The two employees on Sunday mornings need to do their jobs and not talk to the same customer for over and hour at the back of the gym and ignore the front desk.I have had this issue more than once.The weekday staff is very good.

My friend has a membership here, she took me with her last week, as the black card members can bring a friend. I loved it and wanted to get a membership, before leaving we had an issue with one of the staff members, her name was Genevieve she was very rude after only a few minutes of seeing how she was handling the situation I knew that this wasn't the gym for me. I encouraged my friend to cancel her membership. We're currently looking into other gyms in the area.

At first i thought, "why would i go to a gym when i have some equipment downstairs? Seems like a waste of money." But I was wrong. love working out here. It's a great atmosphere and I always feel so pumped when I'm around my friends. Speaking of, take a friend, it makes it so much more bearable. The staff is always friendly and the machines are well kept and maintained

Still not back to 24/7 access; thinking about switching gyms because this is seriously throwing me off my routine as someone with very few daytime hours available to work out.
