Bathrooms are FILTHY. Used tampons/menstrual napkin in the bathroom. Never any soap (?!) and a serious mold build up in the bathroom. I've complained to staff about this & they said mgmt only has cleaning staff every OTHER day -- crazy for a 24 hr, high traffic gym. I only go here for convenience and b/c it's large enough so you never have to wait to use equipment. Other than that, your local Y is probably cleaner than this 24 hr fitness location.

This place is clean, has good equipment, and is a nice facility. The front desk check-in is quick and they are super friendly. They have every kind of cardio you would want and expect in a gym. The locker rooms were clean and well-kept. They keep the paper towel machines stocked and everything was in good, working order. I'll go back when I'm in the area. Oh and a nice parking garage so your car isn't stiflingly hot when you get out of the gym!

Can get a crowded in the evenings if you want to lift weights. Men's shower area is musty.

They've got to clean the men's room better, and please put up a sign to tell people to stop spitting around the pool.

Overall, the gym is very clean. I usually get my work out completed, except on peak hours.

If I could give a negative star I would. I'm working for Reebok and in town for work. I've never worked out at a 24 hour fitness so I decided to go online and I received a guest pass. When I went to the gym the Asian gentleman said I can't use my guest at this time in the morning(6am).....um I thought it was 24 hours?

Staff here are money hungry. Tricked me into buy a membership when they knew the promotion was less than a week away. Now I owe more than what was agreed and it's only a gym how does that make any sense. Terrible customer service!!!

I'm extremely sorry for signing up for a one year commitment!!!!Having to listen to the"loud" music playing while trying to focus on a workout is disruptful and angers me to a point of wanting to walk out. Especially after making a formal complaint to the front desk" four" times.When my year is up, I'm going to another gym.

Not so good. If your like me and enjoy the aqua class this gym canceled there class on Saturday. I'm going to check out la fitness they have classes everyday. I hope they get there stuff worked out because I do like the 24hour. Thanks
