24 Hour Fitness

one of best and complete workout locations for 24 fitness. beside the workout equipments, swimming pool, sauna, stream room and jacuzzi are exceptional.

An okay gym. Upstairs has loud music which means most of the crowd is younger. Machine are mostly in good condition but mostly older. There is ample parking.

First time visitor to this facility from out of town. Visited the place on a Saturday afternoonBathroom could have been cleaner. Beside that I like the layout and the facility in general. Not sure about management or any other issues since I'm not a daily user of this location

The public areas of gym are average, lockerooms, sauna, steam, small and stank. However, I'm really writing this review because this past Saturday morning (10/21) I went there, and walked over to a machine that no one was on and started to adjust it. A female (27-32 Latina) was on a machine on the row in front of me (7 feet in front&diagonal with her back to me), saw me and said "I'm using that" and said some term that meant that she was supposedley using two machines at that same time. I said, "so what does that mean, that no one can use this while you're using the other". She replied you could have asked? I said ask who (I guess I'm suppose to ask around B4 using an empty machine)? She replies, "never mind you need it more than me, fata** stupid c*nt", and starts lecturing me about "gym etiquette". She went back to the machine she was on and kept turning around to address me. Then it seemed she was trying to take my picture, so I snapped hers, and went and told Justin at the front desk (only male there that morning). I told Justin (25-30 lighter skin latino) she was wearing black pants and tank, hair pulled up, and he went upstairs to talk to her. He came back down a minute or two later, and after another 10 minutes passed and I didn't see her come down, I went to ask Justin if he spoke with her. Justin said she was going to come and give her information on her way out after her workout. I eventually had to leave, but never saw her come down to give her information. Hopefully Justin did his job, and wasn't friends with her or just brushing me off (gym employees can be super shady). Can you imagine that a person verbally attacks you because you start to use an empty machine. I didn't know members could save multiple machines at the same time. Also if you're going to attack someone's physical appearance at least make sure you can be rated above a 3 on a scale of 1-10. Apparently, she equates being skinny with being attractive - she was far from it . Attached is a picture of the female - if you know her teach her manners & basic etiquette apparently she's only familiar with "gym etiquette" ? I'm female, and apparently so was she.

Management is a joke. Not very professional and the facility it's self inst very clean . I saw scummy green stuff in the hot tube water can you say gross. Needless to say i didn't get in. They also don't have or sell locks for the lockers at this location so make sure to bring your own.

This gym was like all the others, clean, organized. I noticed the t.vs had all different news channels which I appreciate as a political person I dont condone biased environments.On another, more relative note, RJ signed me up at my college campus a few days before. Super helpful nice guy and the receptionist there was also very good at multitasking. Props guys, you had guests calling, walking in asking questions, and people checking in. You gave everyone attention. Everything goes noticed and appreciated, thank you! :)

Wow horrible place. Don't recommend this place. Sales manager Monica is a joke couldn't give me a tour. On the website it specifically said guest day pass. I came with a member and the only thing she kept asking if I wanted to be added on to my friends acct. I told her NO ten times yes I counted. 24 hour fitness I can see why your gyms are hurting. I guess you get what you pay for with this little managers that aren't for the company they give customer service souly on how they feel. I guess I caught Monica on a bad day. SMH wow!

Maybe it's about time I write a review and not just check in ;) I have been coming here for years (I live down the street) LoL.Location is right by the new metro stop and even though that is fairly new traffic is never too bad in the area. They do have there own parking structure and it has a few levels to park on. Just like all other gyms rush hours are early in the mornings, I would say about 5-6am and again about 5-6pm if you ever have time to workout try about noon time it's really nice because it's not crowded. I get to hit the gym around noon time only during the summer due to me working for a school district so we are either off early from summer school or off for the summer ;)Even though the staff always seems to be new or perhaps from other locations the team is always friendly and willing to help. I have never had any issue with any team member nor have I heard of problems.I do sometimes feel like when one machine is not working then most of them start breaking down as well, but for being such a busy location they do fix them in a timely manner. So there is always machines and equipment to use either up or down stairs.This gym does have a pool, sauna, and steam room. All of those are Co Ed so make sure to bring your bathing suits and not your birthday suits lolJust an FYI I purchase my membership from Costco where I do have to pay for the 2 year membership up front but it does save me some money ;)Do you even Lift Bro! LoL jk I am not that Gym person ;)

I've gone to other 24 gyms and the batgrooms in this one is DISGUSTING. Women leave their dirty used tampons in the showers. Most of the showers are missing shower cutains. I think the handicap bathroom has been broken for like a year. I would not use the sauna in this facility it is also dirty. I used it once and will never use it again. Besides the women's locker room and the pool area the rest of the gym is clean. The 24hr sport in pasadena has way cleaner bathrooms and swim area.

Filthy and horrible! The bathroom are full of bacteria and no cleaning crews daily to cleaning up; The managers are rude and game players, they lies constantly just to full members and their complaints, what a shame!In particular assist manager denise, whom claimed have worked there for a long time but is very rude and severely poor in leadership and customer care, should not work there. She’s helped to plays games on steam room timer( so that it’d shut off at 11pm; playing around hot water temperatures and automatic wall dryers, several old members confirmed about her bad behaviors from personal experience.This gym has many old/near broken machines upstairs that could caused physical injuries. Just be aware!
