Management does not staff the kids club adecuately. Manytimes they do not have enough personnel for the kids club which means long waits or no workout at all for me despite the fact that I am playing monthly membership for the services. Now the chain is closing many kids clubs so this will become a bigger problem.

Saturday + Sunday hours : 8am-8pm . Monday 5am- and then goes 24 hours thru Friday night 11pmFront desk girls are really nice and this location is right down the street from me . What can I say , despite differences I've had here, it's in a Great location and has lot of room to accommodate many members .Basketball court upstairs and cardio and indoor pool downstairs

It’s open 24 hours a day. It’s a great place with great machines but it’s incredibly busy at almost all hours of the day. Some nights after 10pm there would still be a line for the 3 bench presses they have there. But both the showers and bathroom are great

Reasonably priced 7 Day pass makes it a great option for holiday visitors. They also have a functional fitness area with decent bumper plates and quality barbells. Cheap option for cleans or snatches. Bring your own barbell clamps though! For some reason this gym doesn't believe in those.

Kids Club hours aren't met kids club staff rude and constantly on breaks, machines broken down for long time and bathrooms are dirty. Unfortunately this is closest to home which is why i keep going

Gym is right next to the Arcadia metro station in a quiet area. Two stories with a swimming pool on the first floor and a basketball court on the second.

Never too busy, nice ac. Lots of machines. Mostly pros. Only cons are the music is too loud and the cardio machines need to be cleaned more often.

This place is 24 hrs but couldnt enrol me at 10 pm. There staff at night isnt trainned to accept people at 10pm should advertise for 24hrs for anyone if there is limits to when you can come honestly that makes me never want to spend money here again the staff is rude un trained and rather be on the phone then helping some one they didnt even try just bassically lazy and thats odd semse its a fitmess center
