Life Time

Absolutely loved the exclusivity of this gym when I signed up a year ago, but it has gone to trash. Signed up for the 10 squat racks, but half are used at prime time (5pm) for classes. Adults with normal jobs shouldn’t have to be waiting around when the price point is over $140. All the high school kids are given so many discounts this has turned into a playground. They’re constantly loitering, taking videos, and despite the GM George sending out an email, no one in the staff enforces the rules. I’ve previously complained in an email, and no one bothered to follow up so here I am. People are constantly on their phones while sitting on machines, the music is unnecessarily loud; there just isn’t enough equipment for the amount of foot traffic this gym has. Highly disappointed with this gym now.

Really nice place to go and exercise. Machines are new and you’ll find all kind. The place is always clean and very well organized. You can also practice sports like tennis and basketball. There several swimmings pools too.

Enjoy walking around and learning all the life style experience this place had. Everything about it was truly AMAZING. Very enjoyable and relaxing while still learning so many specifics about my body. Thank You Cody Taylor for a wonderful experience !!

A lot of the machines don't work, it's SUPER packed always. Every corner of the gym is busy, no matter what time you go. Girls w tripods recording themselves, little kids in the court, classes going on in the open area, guys just sitting on their phones instead of using equipment. Its honestly a nightmare and frustrating. Not worth it. The money you pay, absolutely not worth ot. You go into the sauna, PACKED. Unless you creep up at 4 a.m it's terrible

I love this gym and everything it offers but after being a member here for about a week somebody stole my credit cards and cash from my locker and used a thousand dollars. I filed a police report and the officer told me somebody else filed a police report the same day and time SO BE AWARE THERE IS A RAT THAT WANTS YOUR PROPERTY IN THE MENS LOCKER ROOM. I talked to Kevin at the front desk the day I noticed what was missing and he told me how they would contact me shortly this was July 13. Everyday since the report I have asked the front desk if there are any updates regarding the theft because I have still not gotten a call from anyone at lifetime. Chester also at the front desk keeps telling me about how George the gm is having a baby. Congratulations George but what does that have to do with the thief in the locker room???? So LIFETIME GUESTS take care of your valuables because they certainly won’t.

Staff are amazing at doing their best. A lot of respectful people, but like all gyms there’s a handful of people that don’t think they have to rerack or wipe down equipment. The staff is exceptional at what they do though. The child watch is the greatest I’ve ever seen. The staff that take care of the children are really exceptional and go above and beyond. The amenities are nice.

Customer service this gym is terrible, we ask to do one day pass at this location for seeI was going to cover all the needs for the company!!!

Nice Gym. You have many options: weights, machines, cardio, basketball, tennis, swimming pool (indoor or outdoor), etc. It is expensive though. I think they should go back to close at midnight. It gets really crowded at times.

Definitely not a gym to join if you are looking for pickleball. No dedicated indoor pickleball area. They also keep cutting back on the allocated time. Use to be two areas six hours m-f. Now it’s 3 hours m-f and just one small area. Makes zero sense sense they over 20 people waiting to play each day. Also it’s just tape on the floor mixed with the basketball lines. Looking for a better alternative. Pay $155 per month and they say once they have a dedicated area it will be even more. Most overpriced gym ever.

Update 6/22: Thank you Life Time Baybrook! I was pleasantly surprised today when I saw 2 employees hustling with the laundry bins and making sure our gym was spotless. Members pay a premium for such a nice gym and the prompt response from their leadership shows us how much they value our membership. Keep up the Great work and Thank you for the quick turnaround. They get 5 STARS and then some :)Previous:The purpose of this review is hopefully they will read it and act. The gym overall is nice and has plenty of stations and equipment. The front desk is always nice and professional. The only area that needs immediate focus is the daily cleaning in the upstairs men’s restroom and the workout area’s floor always has hair or dust balls. I do see staff occasionally vacuuming, but they really aren’t focused on doing it right based on what I have observed. I am sure this will be addressed and I look forward to editing my review and giving them 5 stars!
