The gym offers state-of-the-art equipment, various classes, and multiple amenities including steam rooms, saunas, and a well-maintained outdoor swimming area. The child care facilities receive high praise for safety and engagement. However, there are some concerns about overcrowding and inconsistency in customer service. The high membership fee, while justified by many features, can be a deterrent for some users.

Huge facility. Has it all- to include health spa, beauty salon, manicure services, cafe, coffee bar, indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, family locker rooms, chiropractors, tennis club, personal trainers, wide variety of group classes, pilates studio, free weights, weight machines, aerobic machines and In Body scales that give an analysis of where you are in your body makeup and hydration level.I gave 4 stars because prices in cafe have gone up and quality has gone down, and membership fees have increased. Also communication regarding questions or requests from management is slow or missing. As a warning, 90% of members and staff do not wear masks.

I initially enjoyed my Lifetime membership. I never had an issue until recently and believe that Lifetime needs to train their employees better to avoid ruining a customer’s account. Lifetime has levels to their gyms, and the facility type drives membership dues. I originally had the membership for Baybrook, but because my job is in Houston, I decided to change my membership level to go to the City Center location; this was before Covid. City Center is more expensive, but recently I decided to change the membership back to Baybrook to lower the cost since I no longer go to City Center that often. This is where the problem arises. The employee did not inform me of the changes made to the prices. I was locked into a rate since I joined years ago, but Lifetime has since changed its prices. The employee lowered my membership level, but since Lifetime raised their prices, I am still paying the same amount as before; my membership price did not decrease. So, now I’m paying the same amount of money but for a lower level, and I do not have access to certain facilities anymore like City Center, and if I want to go to City Center, I will have to pay the new rate for that level. If I had known this, I would not have changed my membership; It makes no sense to pay the same amount but get less. I went to talk to the employees, but they were not helpful and acted as though they couldn’t do anything about this. Now, I’m stuck with a choice, either stay with a company that doesn’t respect their customers and doesn’t fix the mistakes they make, or I take my business elsewhere. This is unacceptable; when a company makes a mistake with one of its customer’s accounts, it is the company’s job to fix it. Instead, Lifetime seems not to care and forces its customers to pay the price for the mistakes the employees make. Train your employees better; when making changes to someone’s membership, the employee should always inform the customer of the pros and cons and any other changes that may have happened. More importantly, you should own up to your mistake and fix them.

The amenities are fantastic! Love the hot tub in the dressing room, I love the stuff and quality you get, however I would bring ur kids here when they are over 1. It’s really hard to make reservations and they only give u a short amount of time for the infants. The other kiddos get 2.5 hours I believe & longer hours, but for infants under 1 who can’t walk it’s 2 only and you probably won’t get a spot unless u reserve like a week in advance. They don’t give as much time for infants under 1 to be in there… and I don’t like the strict ways they are set up instead of like LA or fitness center south shore u can just drop the kiddos off in a designated area for the whole time they are open without a app or reserving spots

So we are returning members of the gym. When covidbhit, we terminated our membership as times were uncertain. Anyways we joined and the people ofcourse are super duper friendly. 2 days After joining I had to cancel because of unexpected travel so they were really nice about it. I told them id be joining again as soon as i am back. I had asked them about the customer service lifetime bucks and they said when youbjoin your account will be as is. So after 12 days I joined and no LT bucks. They said soreybthey can't do anything. Also I take my son to the outside pool and I'm told it's 50$ per person to access outside pool.. none of which I was told before as it wasn't the case when we were members before covid. I mean they are super nice in telling you 'Sorry it's the new policy' but shouldn't they be giving this information at sign up? Also I had specifically asked about the LT bucks and was told I won't loose them. Than again I get a nice 'Sorry, nothing I can do'... I understand rule and policy but I FIRMLY believe that they should be clearly stated up front Also if you are telling me something than LIVE up to your word/promise!!!!

Unfortunately after this last week my 4 star rating has now dropped to a 2. There are only about 2, maybe 3 people working with the kids I feel comfortable leaving my children with. They need to do better. The child facility is beautiful but the “caretakers” have much to be desired. Parents, stick around, or walk away and observe from the hall once they think you’ve left and just how much your child will get neglected. And I’m not the only parent today alone who had an issue with child care. Good caretakers are like good teachers, you can tell who wants to be there and who’s just clocking in for their check and sadly the majority of workers here aren’t up to par; especially for toddlers they’re lucky to have Ciera, Alyssa and Cody, but I’ll never be letting my toddler there without his older brother and sister around or one of the above care takers

I pay 140 a month to be able to use the whole gym, so I don’t think it’s fair how’s when there’s group trainings at random times a day I am not allowed to use certain equipment. I wish that would of been shared before I got the membership. Besides that, it is the best gym I’ve been to! The gym really does feel like a luxury gym and is always super clean.

Lifetime is clean and offers everything you could ever want in a health resort. I take 2 back to back classes every morning and each day the classes are different to keep it interesting. The reservation system insures I have a spot but rarely are the classes completely full. There is a chiropractor on site to work through any injuries (1st assessment is free). I also enjoy the lap pools 1. Indoor warm 2. Indoor cool and 3. Outdoors. Soaking in the hot tub afterwards with a super clean showers (everything provided) is a perfect way to finish up. I sometimes get a “recovery” massage that costs extra but well worth it. This place makes staying healthy so fun and easy.

Went as a guest. Very nice gym! It is clean and spacious. There is a lot of equipment for all kinds of workouts, not just for weights, but also for calisthenics. The locker rooms are large and clean as well. They have deodorant, hair spray, mouth wash, and clean towels. Great gym!
