DO NOT GO HERE! I had the worst experience with the kids academy. I booked a reservation for the nest because my daughter is only 5 months old (for ratio purposes). From the moment we got there, the lady at the front desk check in at the kids club was so rude. I reluctantly put my daughter in the nest because the employees in the nest were nice and she wouldn’t have to interact with the front desk folks. When I got back, not even an hour and a half later, my daughter was on the floor by the front desk, in a high traffic area. I was furious, not only could she have been injured by all the older kids, but she was on the dirty floor. When I asked why she was out here, the front desk attendant said that it’s because of ratios. I stated to her what was the point in booking an appointment then and she couldn’t give me a response. When I got home, I noticed my daughter has a rash on the underside of her legs from the dirty floor which is painful to the touch. DO NOT PUT YOUR INFANT IN THE DAYCARE. They preach having a peace of mind while you are working out but they don’t take care of your children. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

The place is great, I put 4 stars because the wipes you guys have in this gym to clean the equipment are a joke. It’s been mentioned to you guys by more than just me. As soon as you pull the wipe out it’s dry and that’s even if you find a container with stocked wipes in it. I come here about six times a week and it doesn’t change so maybe it will be noticed now. We pay over 100 a month for this gym to have such bad wipes on the floor like that. Don’t believe me walk into the machine weights area or free weights area and try finding a wipe to clean the equipment with then tell me I’m wrong.

My husband and I used to workout at the one in City Centre years ago & are so happy we have one close to us now! I’m not the biggest fan of the location (next to the mall is the WORST during holiday season) but we love Lifetime. Our kids love the Kiddie Academy and so far everyone seems pretty nice. I’m surprised to see the bad reviews because we haven’t encountered any rude sales people or any other employees. Prices are higher than most, but most know that going in.

I love this place, it’s worth every penny. Variety of state of the art machines, Pilates, heated Yoga studio, tons of classes, spa and salon, steam room, sauna in locker room, restaurant, tennis shop. Indoor lap pool, kids pool, a jacuzzi in the Woman’s locker room and out, and tennis too! Children’s Spanish classes and activities to keep any child happy. Can’t wait till it’s nice out for the resort style pool and lounge chairs with a bar serving alcohol and fruit juices. Amenities in the bathroom such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hairspray, spray deodorant, mouthwash, blow dryers. Staff cleaning all the time, The trainers and instructors are in amazing shape and well educated. Better then some 5 star resorts I have been to. I finally found my home away from home.

MOMS! This place is for you. They think of so many details that make it so much easier to take kids with you to the gym. They offer childcare for up to two hours per day. So you can get your workout in, shower in the beautiful women’s locker room, and get fully ready while your kids are having fun. You can time it to where your kids can go to gymnastics, yoga etc., so they get some structured fun while they are there too.For us, we are no longer paying a kid’s gym for gymnastics, sports, etc. they are getting it all through their life time membership!Also- I LOVE their water classes. For my hip injuries, the Saturday class is incredible. It’s like weightlifting and cross fit and swimming all in one. So you get an incredible workout, without impact bc it’s done in the water.I’m excited to have childcare for when I want to do a work out, get a manicure or haircut, or see a PT.OH AND YEAR ROUND SWIMMING. Indoor splash pad/kids pool open pretty much all day. Family locker rooms are great. They even have plastic bags for your wet swim suit. I love that detail.I’m actually saving money by not paying for babysitters, kids gyms, and activities for kids like indoor playgrounds, etc.I highly recommend this gym! Especially for families.

Honestly one of the best gyms I have ever been to. There’s always a security guard in the parking lot. Everyone is so nice and the facility is always clean it feels so luxurious. I started going here because I was taking Pilates classes for a couple weeks that added up to about 100$. I figured I can come here and get a lot more classes plus a gym for 100$ a month. If you’re coming here just for the weights I don’t think it’s worth your money. But if you take the classes you’ll get your money’s worth. there are a ton of classes that start at 4am and usually end around 6pm. I wish they had later classes. One class in the morning is a pretty good workout. Even the calming yoga classes. After a workout I like to go in the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. I tend to spend 3-4 hours here in the morning. There’s complementary towels, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryers. There’s a huge area in the outside pool where you can tan or eat at the bar. Or you can hang out in the cafe area. Everything is really inviting and you don’t feel rushed. I actually want to go every day just to relax.

Wow! Where do I begin... This gym is a well rounded one stop shop. You definitely get what you pay for especially with 95% of the classes included in your membership. My kids love the gym as well which makes it a plus. The spa, steam room and sauna in the locker rooms is a bonus! You don't get this anywhere else. It is an investment. A place you can go to workout, relax your mind and get ready for the day. The blow dryers, hygiene products and showers make it convenient for you to go before work or on your lunch break. The parking lot is HUGE and I have had no problem finding parking. The traffic is temporary during the Holidays. I say stop drinking Starbucks and eating out! You would save $100/month and be able to afford this membership. We love LIFETIME!

If you love battling crowds, come here!Really frustrating experience with this gym. We pay almost $300/mo for the family and it’s definitely not worth it. My main complaint is that they pack you in like absolute sardines. They only have classes and childcare during the busiest times so everyone is forced to go like cattle. And this gym is BUSY.I was told by the salesman there would be 90 classes per week so I assumed there would be a wide variety of time frames. For example, on Friday, there is only one group fitness class after 12:00 noon and there is never a space available. If you get in before it fills up, you are packed 90 in a room and when you reach your arms out, you touch your neighbor. 😡Also the child care closes at 6pm on Fridays and 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. There is no option for a parent to come after the gym dies down a bit. It’s just mayhem to try to come work out here early on a Saturday.Another problem is that your expensive dues do not include everything. It still costs $30 per class to go to Pilates, for example, and they are constantly trying to sell you on personal training, fitness assessments, swim lessons, etc etc etcThis is my last month I pay to go here.

We have had a great experience here. During the summer, I schedule myself around the kids area free classes so they are grouped w/their age. They enjoy the monthly free parents night out as well. The fitness classes are great and they always have a sub instead of canceling if an instructor can not make it. Very wide array of class types and times. The spa is nice, especially since the kids club is included for up to 2.5hr, saving on babysitter fees. It is very convenient, especially to be able to get a massage after working out.The cafe has food to fit ever diet: Keto, Paleo, Whole30, etc... it’s been great to be able to grab a healthy meal or snack to go.We pay extra for swim team for our kids, which is more than other swim clubs in the area. The team is smaller so the kids are getting more attention from the coaches than our other swim team. Having a boy & girl, the family locker room has been amazing. They are 9 different private shower/changing areas for them to use.Take advantage of the amenities, and it is worth it. The staff is accommodating, just ask and they will help you out.

Really clean, well organized, and super friendly staff. I love that you have so many options in one place! The cafe was good. Haven't tried any of the classes or spa yet but I do plan on trying them. I love how each locker room has its own sauna and steam room, which are both great and relaxing after a workout. Overall best gym membership I've had.
