We are in town for a few days and this was the closest lifetime form us. I loved the layout for the bathroom/jacuzzi/sauna/steam room.Everything looked great, clean, organized and in perfect conditions. It has a different layout for the weight room than I am used to. A bit smaller than the Onyx we are members to. But nonetheless a great location!

The staff here are great, some of the other members not so much. I’ve noticed the women’s locker room has been getting trashed at no fault of the attendant on shift. I wish people would stop pouring out their water bottles in the wet sauna in an effort to create more steam. It’s also super not chill that people leave their bags on the lounge chairs by the locker room hot tub. It’s disgusting that some members use five towels at a time and then leave them on the ground throughout the locker room. The attendant on shift is constantly picking up after everyone, it’s just more than one person can reasonably handle.

very nice gym and the people who work here are very helpful. I would say out of all the gyms in Houston that I have been to this place is worth the price. It's always clean and none of the machines are ever broken. You get what you pay for. they don't haggle you to do membership offerings like all the annoying salesman do at other gyms.

I give this place 5 stars for the amazing service and the employees are so friendly. I love the hot tubs, the classes and the workout room. Everything about this gym is amazing, it’s pretty pricey but totally worth it to work out at.5 stars definitely for them.

My husband and I were members at Life Time for years, in Dallas and then in Houston. We enjoyed Life Time and all of the amenities. My parents even signed up. My husband and I left during the pandemic for numerous reasons, not all due to Life Time. It was always clean and machines were working. Since we have left, there have been changes. The pool now costs extra for you and your guests. I feel if you’re paying $180, you shouldn’t be nickel and dimed for amenities. There are plenty of gyms that are MUCH cheaper if you only want to workout.

This is a very nice gym, but the lack of security in the parking lot is concerning. I was one of several people who had their car broken into this week. We need security in the parking lot during all times of operation.Update: 9/18/22They have improved security since I made this original post.

I am the worst at going to the gym regularly, but LT is actually a gym I want to go to. I bought a membership for my son, and they will watch him while I workout, which is the best. I feel safe, clean, and motivated here, which I have never felt before at other gyms. The people and staff are also super friendly, so it's even a good place to network. I honestly wish I would've joined sooner, and I can't wait to go back tomorrow!

Very clean and nice facility. The free weight area was smaller than I would have expected, but there are a wide variety of different machines. The morning hours (6am) wasn’t too busy, and I didn’t need to wait for a bench or rack which was nice. The locker rooms and lifting area were very clean and well kept. The music was a bit loud throughout the gym, but nothing overpowering. Good experience overall

I guess you are chosen to mandate the mask in the pool area . This employee (meta) said corporate could shut them down because of it not being enforced .I know a white lie and don’t take it lightly . It’s only at the discretion of the health dept when a complaint is filed . Mind you 2 days later the same employee (mar 2) was not wearing mask properly while talking not mandating it to the adults watching the children . I even took pictures to validate my claim . They lost a member , solution to the problem was not put into action . There is more to discuss however it’s pointless .

I went in multiple times since January 9th to cancel my membership, each time being assured that it was cancelled. Went in again end of the month to use my lifetime bucks and again was told it was cancelled. Then I get billed again, call in and of course they can’t help me. According the the person on the phone, managers don’t speak with guests about issues.. are you kidding me? What does management do then? This is a joke and I will dispute these charges. Oh and just for good measure the person I spoke with and managed my account was terminated so there is no direct contact for my account apparently.
