This place is awful. They don't turn up the fans so it gets really stale and humid. They also don't fix safety issues with equipment even if you alert them.

Manager: ElijahI have Never had a threatening and dangerous encounter from any Planet Fitness locations except this location at El Dorado next to Food Town. The manager, Elijah, kicked me out and told me, ‘We don’t need your patronage, cancel your membership and Get Out Now!!’ I was asking the staff member, Abby, questions about my membership dues and was going to see about canceling my membership when the manager, Elijah, was absolutely’Barbaric’ towards for no reason…I feel like Planet Fitness hires people like Elijah so they can mistreat customers, kick them out when they feel like it, bully, intimidate, and treat their clients how ever they want because there is no complaint number to call, and if the manager has All of the power and control, then you are at the mercy of an Absolute Tyrannical Planet Fitness Manager who can have free range to do what ever they want.

Front customer service is awesome- friendly and very keen to listen to customers feedback. Gym is huge not as big as the population of Pearland. Need an expansion or at least build another one! I guess Manvel town center might be a good bet.

I’d give this place a 5 but the employees here act like they hate their life hahahah not one will smile, and when they welcome you it’s mono tone. It’s not the biggest deal in the world but sure will kill your vibe if u even look in their direction hahah

I always enjoy my workouts. The gym is clean and the staff know my name.

This is one of the best locations. George the manager is very cordial and welcoming the massage chairs are super clean all the time.

I want to leave a 5-star review for this place because it's mostly clean, and the staff is friendly. However, My daughter had a negative experience with a personal trainer named Vanessa. She was very rude and unpleasant, unapproachable. I advise not to ask her any questions because she responds abrasively. I'm surprised other members haven't reported her behavior to the manager. Establishments like this need to be careful when hiring, especially for positions that don't pay well. Some employees may use a low salary as an excuse to be rude to customers.

Why are their men mopping in the women's shower area while I am getting dressed

It’s close by and always very clean. Also I like the way the gyms are laid out making it easy to get in and get out. Hours are great too
