Plant Fitness Friendswood is always clean. I never have to wait for machines. The front desk staff have always been helpful. The manager, Joe, went above and beyond to be helpful and kind. Great location.

Been coming here for about a year. Most of the staff recognize my routine already and have a hydro or massage chair set up as I check in. (Thats how regularly i visit daily and sometimes twice a day) Love it. What annoys me though is the constant rescanning throughout my 2 hour stays. It's only one or two of the staff that requires it but the annoying part is they were there when I scanned in initially. Late evenings can be a challenge as well as the front is unattended and waiting for assistance can take a while. I've seen people come in and wait only to turn round and leave after no one come s to see what they needed . I can compliment the mgr as he seems to take personal pride in cleanliness and I've seen him attend to cleaning duties by himself and it is one of the cleaner clubs around. Can't say that about Pasadena....men's locker room is pissfilled disaster. And if you want to slam steel and pose and grunt then Pasadena is your spot.

I don’t know how understaffed this gym is but they hired TIM. He was extremely disrespectful to every person he was talking to, to the point I felt uncomfortable listening to the words coming out of his mouth. As of right now I’m considering canceling my membership, if to it looking for a gym…..LOOK ELSEWHERE

My girlfriend signed up yesterday for a blackcard membership and I helped her sign up in order to workout together. Her name is in the scanner Barcode but I used my credit card. Her name and email In the enrollment information. Literally the next day she went in to go workout and the rudeness of Tim the front deck employee! He kicked her out of the gym. Claiming she wasn't a member. He was also the person that helped us sign up and this process took him 2 hours. He is a Disrespectful Bully and needs a new job washing dishes away from employees!!! I will be speaking to a manager soon.

Women's restroom stalls could use some bleach cause if the odor.I also don't think it's necessary to have a black card member scan their phone every single time they want to use the extra perks they've paid for. When you're in there 5-6 days out of the week, your face should definitely be familiar with the associates. I only have this issue with one person every time I go there and honestly I think he does it on purpose. I tend to ignore him...Otherwise, I love this place!

Plenty of cardio & weight machines! Gym & restrooms are very clean.

Gotta say.. best $25 per month u will ever spend

I have not used my membership since covid but continued it anyway.i went back and so happy with the cleanliness,the front desk extremely helpful and you can't beat that hydo massage if you just use it once it pays for your membership 😀 …

I really like working out at Planet Fitness. It's convenient, inexpensive, and they have a great variety of equipment. I like the Black Card benefits, too. It's more than worth the price. I feel like the company just wants people to come in and keep moving, which is great. Their employees are always really down to earth and helpful.

The club is always clean and the staff is warm and friendly. Vanessa is the best trainer and is ready to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.
