Randomly charging a 15 dollar fee every month that I would have noticed unless I check my statement. No on could tell me what the charge was and told me to call my bank. The bank didn’t make the phantom charge.

I love this gym! It’s clean, equipment is well kept and the staff is really nice. Don’t go during peak hours as it does get busy. I’m glad I joined and will keep up with my membership :)

Love it! The staff is always super friendly to me. When a machine needs repair they are very quick to respond and take care of it. The gym is clean and staff does a great job at restocking the cleaning supplies.

You get what you pay for. Inexpensive membership and decent amenities, but every yahoo and their brother are camping on every piece of equipment. 3 Smith machines, 30 minute circuit, the dumbells and most of the mirror wall are constantly being held up by campers and the occasional social media rat. If you have the patience of a monk and time to burn, this is your gym.

I have been an and-and-off member at this gym for the greater part of 4 years now, but it has sadly become counter-productive for me to remain a member here. Before I get into what turned my experience here so, I'd like to mention the pros because there are quite a few:First and foremost, a membership here is extremely affordable. For their basic membership, it's only a 10$ per month and then an annual fee that's about 70 dollars (It might be higher). If you are someone who's trying to remain in shape and healthy on a budget, there's nothing that'll beat it.Secondly, the staff here is extremely kind, helpful, and supportive. They'll be more than willing to answer any questions you have about the equipment, any exercises, and any of the services the gym provides.Lastly, the gym is kept extremely clean. You won't find towels and dirty clothes scattered around the floor, nor will you find powder or any other nastiness in the locker rooms. The reason I left has to do with a change of clientele more than it does with a change or staff or company policy. I don't know if it has to do with the influx of people moving into the area, but I feel as if there's never a moment where the gym isn't less than 70% full. It didn't matter if I went at 8 AM, 2 PM, 6PM, or 9PM - the place was always packed. I work on a very tight schedule, so the lack of open equipment cutting into my very limited workout time is frustrating. The gym tries to help with this by providing a "population counter" through its app, but this counter never seems to be accurate.I wouldn't mind having to wait for equipment, but when I am - It feels as if I'm waiting for someone to finish when they aren't even working out. I understand that people wish to take breaks in between sets while using equipment, but it feels like many times these "breaks" outlast the actual workouts themselves. This gym encourages a "no judgement policy", so I fear getting kicked out if I attempt to comment on someone's poor etiquette via hogging the machines or for being inconsiderate to those waiting to use equipment. Because if this, I'll spend about 40% of my time at the gym pacing around the floor waiting for benches and equipment to free up.Basically, if you're here to do cardio - You're in luck. Anything else? You're in for a wait. Also, I brought up gym etiquette earlier - More times than not, I felt like I was the only person in there with any. Rarely would I see people rack their plates, wipe down their equipment or mats, place mats back, or throw away paper towels. Even worse, people started getting rude. I would get body checked out of the way by random teens just for trying to walk into the cross-fit area. This gym's overall atmosphere feels as if it's converted from "No Gymtimidatin" to "Screw everyone else in the gym but you".I can't deny the viability that this gym once had for me - Because of my membership here, I lost 60 pounds in less than 2 years. But over time, the selfishness and nastiness of its members (and the clubs failure to do anything about it since their policies keep their hands tied) have made coming here an experience I'd much rather just stay away from - Let alone pay for.If all you want to do some free weights, kettlebells, curls, push-ups, and cardio - then this is your gym. Managing to do anything else is a shot in the dark.

Do not go here!!! I’ve used planet fitness before and I’ve never had more issues with a gym in my entire life. Cancelled my membership and am still being charged for the account that is supposed to be closed mind you! Their a joke! I even have the email saying it was closed no more fees would be charged and they are trying to consistently charge me and I keep getting emails. The manager is never available to speak too and I moved so not sure what’s gonna happen but I’m not paying for something that was cancelled to begin with months ago. 🤦♀️

Canceling my membership immediately after the experience today. I was using a machine today in the circuit area today, taking a breather. Another woman comes in and tells me she wants to use it. I politely tell her that I am still using it, and I need to use for a few more minutes. this Karen makes it unacceptable for me to just use a machine and complains that it’s the circuit area, all of this is made to be used, and I am not following the rules. Anyone who goes to PF knows that people rarely if ever follow things in the circuit and people use things freely. I said nothing disparaging, I just told her that I am still using it. she finds this so egregious she calls the manager to tell me that I can’t be in that area to work out. NOT that I can’t use the machine, but that I need to take my work out to another part of the gym. As a law enforcement officer who has had the benefit of living in this town for 15+ years, I like this town and I wouldn’t do anything to make a scene in a place I liked to go to where I thought people could get along. Canceling immediately because if you’re just minding your business and trying to workout without disturbing people, you’re gonna get told that you’re the problem, and not the person trying to make everyone bend to their rules.
