Vanessa is a planet fitness instructor and she is rude and has a very poor attitude. They dismissed my comments and concerns. The Friendswood location is a poor location.

Everything from the front desk to the locker rooms to all the equipment I like it all. Great staff and great people who attend and very clean.

Good lord.... They have a crowd meter that apparently doesn't work. 3 bars on the meter is gym packed, not worth coming unless you wait in a line for a machine.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The lady with the long braids at the front desk is on a power trip and has run off at least 2 regulars I personally know. Terrible customer service.

Absolutely love the hydro massage and the tanning included with the black card memberships.The front desk girl during the day isn't the friendliest.

I've been relatively pleased with this location until this morning. The absolute WORST customer service experience I've had in decades. Nisha is extremely rude and disrespectful. Totally unacceptable.

my gym payment didn't go threw since my card was lost so they called Houston police department to straiten things out workers are getto and un professional. update notice all the comments from the owner or planet fitness you can't even reply to ???

This location has the best staff! I love working out here. The staff know you by name and always take the time to engage with each person. Nisha and Ethan are so kind and genuine

Haven't started our membership yet, but we got a tour from Cameron, and he was great! Definitely considering choosing this as our new family gym!
