This location is small but very clean and well maintained. Not crowded and music wasn't annoyingly loud.Locker rooms were very clean, and most of the lockers were in good shape.

once you join this group you are stuck with being charged. I have not gone to this location in over a year and am still getting charged after they have told me that my subscription has been canceled. Unless you are willing to pay for the rest of your life without a chance of canceling think 2x before joining because you will be stuck with no means of cancelation. Once they have your bank information you will continue getting billed.

The design of this Planet Fitness us unique with a lot of points and outlets for hair dryers if you shower after working out to go straight to work or if you need to charge a phone, and the employees are extremely professional with tons of useful tips over fitness, workout equipment, body building, and even where to find the best workout clothes or tanning lotion if you tan. It's also the cleanest Planet Fitness I have visited so far. Definitely frequenting this gym when I'm visiting NASA or Ellington Field for work.

I had a wonderful time when I went, there were a few minor things that upset me. I was on the bench press, when I turn to my left and a gentleman was farting while curling. Absolutely no mask. Disgusting. There was an incident in the bathroom that turned me off. I was washing my hands, and a man was groaning and yelling in the stall. Saying “Right there”.

Clean Gym, however the front desk lady with dreads is extremely rude and condescending. After a few negative interactions with the staff I bounced. The irony of the " No Judgement Zone" was not lost on me. The staff is perched and waiting to shame anyone they consider a meathead. They literally have a huge sign on their wall outlining what they think a "Lunk" is, and will sound an alarm and siren when they think they have spotted one. Fellas leave any masculinity in the the parking lot. Oh and the only rule I violated was bringing my back pack in on my first visit and was chastised by two staff members for it. I watched them shame men all of the time. Gross experience. If you like that sort of environment you may enjoy the gym because it was clean and relatively uncrowded.The pic is from the internet. They only rule I don't remember for the Webster gym was the no cell phone rule.

I love planet fitness, but so few masks worn here. Not just working out, but people with no mask with them at all. Even the young man on the front desk has his mask pulled down onto his chin.What's the point of putting signs up if no one is enforcing mask wearing?I even had to ask the maskless group in the picture to wipe down the machines they used. Gross anytime, but during a pandemic? To their credit when I asked them to wipe the machines, they were very polite and did so.Otherwise it's a pretty nice facility. A bit smaller premises than most, but still spacious. One of the few places with space to stretch. Great shower pressure but full hot is only just hot enough. Fine for me though. Reasonably clean facilities in general.

When I went, 8 months ago, forced by my 18yo daughter, the place was very clean and not very crowded. The staff was friendly and not pushy.

Best deal in town. Clean. Doesn't smell. Do not pay for pool or basketball court I don't use. They call me by name.

Clean. Very friendly staff. Great equipment. I used to belong to 24 Hour Fitness in Friendswood and this is a much nicer gym.

Very friendly and helpful. Clean!! I love NOT feeling eyes judging me for being there.I LOVE THE APP! I love seeing how busy it is before I get there
