Crunch Fitness - Pembroke Pines

Most important thing about the Pines location the gym is always clean. They have all the machines and weights you need to work out. If you need a trainer see Mr Columbo he the head of the trainers at Crunch, and he find you the right one. Speaking of trainers non better than Brendan!

I’ve cancelled my membership for many reasons and this Sunday the worst they didn’t even open and I had to workout elsewhere!! 8:43am and gym not open google stated they open at 7am. They haven’t changed the super loud not good music during the hiit class and it make the gym not enjoyable at all. The music shouldn’t be so loud I can’t hear my headphones. Oh and last a couple of front desk employees are NOT nice at all not all but most are not!!!! Good luck with this location crunch. The owners replies are total BS and he doesn’t do anything or care!*changes needed ASAP

Do not join!!!!!!!!!!!! Go to any other gym but this one. They are quick to take your money and set you up with a membership but Good forbid you need anything after that. Every time I call this location I get a cell phone voicemail. I cannot get a hold of the gym. I’ve called a toll free number online and it’s disconnected. I found a website to cancel my membership and it doesn’t work. This gym customer service is a joke.

Joey at Crunch Fitness is very helpful with a great attitude, I appreciate his workout tips and willingness to help others.

Updated review:I joined this gym for about a year when it was on my commute pre-COVID. I really liked the facilities and classes they offered. I haven't been a member since COVID but if it is like it was before then I would recommend it.

Joey is the best ! I love going to the gym in the mornings he’s always on time for all his gym rats he deserves a lunch lol.

Amazing gym and staff! Everyone is super kind and motivating! Their calisthenics event was awesome too!

Denise here at Crunch Fitness was very helpful, I appreciate her great attitude and willingness to help others, this gym was exactly what I was looking for, not too big, not overcrowded, just right. I was able to do a complete workout without waiting for equipment, so far I love it here.
