The convenience is great 24x7, my only turn off, accidentally my card was charged twice couldn’t get a credit reaching the owner wasn’t easy for corrective action, i don’t enjoy filing claims but after 2 weeks of no response, we had to, aside from that minor issue everything else is fine.

I have been going here for the last 2 months and it has really been an incredible experience. Love the concept of Hotworx and the staff are so friendly. Especially Lee! She has been so sweet and helpful. I recommend this place to anyone trying to achieve their fitness goals!
