Absolutely in love with my fav workout spot Hotworx in Pembroke Pines. Great environment with the best staff. Jackie & Irene are amazing and are the heart & soul of the studio. They will give you the full tour and even set you up for a free trial. There are so many different classes so you can keep constantly switching up your workout. The infrared saunas leave you feeling amazing while also giving you so many other benefits. Joining was the best decision ever. Love my Hotworx Pines fam!!

Ever since joining HOTWORX I look forward to my workouts. The 24hour availability makes it so convenient to go whenever I am available. I love being greeted by smiling faces that work at the front desk - shout out to Irene and Jackie! I would definitely recommend joining HOTWORX!

Joined 3 weeks ago and see results already. It's not easy but I'm feeling really good and sleeping much better! Love the 24 hour access amd the "always on" classes!! Excited about my membership. Hotworx is fun, clean and a great way to stay in shape. Got my husband to join too!

Best work out ever. Fast and effective. Water is super important to not dehydrate . Place is clean and staff is great. Wish they kept it at one person per room though, it certainly is doable given the monthly price. Still reasonable for what you you get, the sessions are solid and effective and you can turn the volume down and do your own thing. Love it

HOTWORX has been such a life changer for me.🧘🏻‍♀️Very therapeutic. I’m so happy I found this place. I feel amazing every time I leave my workouts 💪🏼❤️ .The staff is very nice and the place is always clean.✨All the workouts are in a infrared sauna✨So many good benefits about working out in the sauna. Detoxification , increased calorie burn, weight loss, increased blood circulation, pain reduction, antiaging, skin rejuvenation, improved sleep, cellulitis reduction, stress management, and relaxation❣️If you haven’t tried this place out. You really should give it a try. I lost 22lb already and I started in ending of January. I was struggling with my weight and tried everything but nothing was working till I started here. I’m sure the sauna plays a big role in helping me lose this weight.

This has been my saving grace. Started in June 2021 and by December I had lost 40 lbs. It was my therapy while also going thru a very difficult time and I cannot be more thankful. Made me stronger and more confident. The staff is excellent and always very helpful. Have recommended to my friends and family and they have many new members because of it. 10/10!!

Hotworx is one of the greatest fitness facilities ever. After my free trial, I instantly became a member. There are so many great benefits to being a member, like 24 hour access to the saunas and weight room. I love that I can make it fit my crazy schedule NO MATTER WHAT. The different workout types allow you to give your body what it needs. The staff is extremely friendly. Jackie, the manager, is super friendly and extremely helpful. I have been able to lose over 60lbs by going to Hotworx every day and modifying my diet. They have a warrior for life with me :)

Hotworx Pembroke Pines is it!!!! If you’re looking for excellent workouts with the benefits of infra red sauna technology, this is the place to be. It’s life changing to say the least. I can’t say enough about this concept of optimizing your health and wellness plan. Not enough words - you need to experience it! Amazing! I LOVE it! Not many can say that and really mean it when talking about working out. And staff members are extremely friendly and very helpful - like Savannah helping me out today - thank you!

Best value for money gym! always very organized and clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. GM Jackie is always paying attention to detail and making sure all patreons are having the best experience. The fact that you can reserve the free weights area and have it all for yourself is a big advantage over other commercial gyms. Highly recommended for people with a tight schedule like myself who are looking for an intense, complete, and sweaty workout. Very nice.

This place is amazing! It’s quiet, clean, private and friendly. I have used all aspects of this gym and love the options available from hot cycle to hot yoga and even a weight area. Love the girls (Irene and Jackie) and the owner (Sharon) which are so approachable and available to ask questions or to just have a fun chat! The cozy feel makes you want to go in and work out. Go check it out you won’t regret it!
