Amazing workout! No hassle and I can go anytime as it's open 24/7. The saunas make workouts harder without the high impact on your body! Heart rate goes through the roof!! Love my Hotworx!

I have been a member of Hot Worx Pembroke Pines since the pre-sale over a year ago. I really didn’t know what I was signing up for other than what I was reading on Facebook about this new concept in working out. When I heard that it reduced inflammation and produced collagen in the skin I was completely all in. I have been an avid member since then and have to say this is made such a difference in my life and my body...the owners are wonderful and they keep you motivated with monthly raffles and I have always felt safe in their clean, Covid conscious environment. My skin and joints have never felt better I am 52 years old and I feel like a spring chicken 😂

I have been going here for almost a year. This is my happy place. I have seen such amazing results since I have been here. The staff and the owner are exceptional people and really make you feel like family. Hotworx is always kept extremely clean and sanitized. I love this place!!!!

Hotworx is amazing! My parents introduced me to the Pembroke Pines location where the staff and owner are incredibly friendly, kind, and professional. In addition to an amazing workout and deep burn, my skin skin looks incredibly clear. I feel very safe working out here during Covid, as the private saunas are all booked ahead of time on the Hotworx app. So glad I found Hotworx!

I love this place. I come stressed out sometimes and leave relaxed. You workout in a sauna and this helps to relax the muscles while doing great workouts. Very clean all the time.Best investment I am making on myself

Doing a fitness challenge at work for the past month. This week bonus points were to try something new that you have never done so I gave HotWorx a shot. Wow, pretty great experience. Staff was super friendly and helpful through the setup process. Get all cranked up to 130 degree in your infrared sauna and I tried the isometrics first. 45 minutes later I was soaked and felt great. Tried out the HIIT bike workout and that was intense in the heat. If you ever wanted to try a hot yoga or something like that i highly recommend trying out HotWorx. I was worried the sauna was going to have that super hot burn your nose and mouth feeling, but the infrared style is not like that at all. Get in there and try it!
