I’ve tried all types of workouts and gyms. Nothing worked. HOTWORX has me hooked. From my initial phone call with Valerie, a tour with her and a very informative first session, she was and is amazing!! Incredibly professional, knowledgeable and sincerely friendly!! She is always so welcoming!! Haven’t missed a day since Valerie signed me up. She has also signed up my daughter and recently my husband.It’s now a family affair!! Love HOTWORX!The staff is super friendly and helpful! I joined a month ago to add more recovery to my workouts and release toxins in my body, but I’ve enjoyed it more than expected! Not only do they have hot yoga,Pilates, and iso, but the cycle and hot blast is a great workout! It’s open 24/7 so no excuses no not get a workout in. 15-30 mins out your day and you’ll leave feeling accomplished and energized ! As a personal trainer I’d recommend this to anyone because of all the benefits !

Well its been almost two years of enjoying hot workouts at the pines location! All the girls are so nice here and are always willing to help! I love rhe flexible schedule and I love all the classes I'm able to choose from. It keeps me from getting bored. I truly enjoy the heat from the infrared sauna--great for your skin and helps ease the muscles while stretching.

I came here because a friend was a Hotworx freak. I took my free trial and did a 45 min of Hot iso at 125°F and I loved it.Nicole received me and gave me a tour. Everything neat and clean, you have your own sauna for yourself only to be shared with a closer friend or a family member. I liked the friendliness of the staff and how well they explained everything. Also the App booking system is really easy and what I liked the most, the versatility of the 24/7 system.

Such a clean and wonderful workout experience. Here you have privacy time effective workouts that fit your life style. Open 24 hours allows you to come when you can and classes are so often you never miss your favorite workout! I absolutely love Hotworx!

A fantastic spot to workout!! All the staff are incredibly friendly and there's plenty of different classes to do. They go above and beyond with cleanliness, and since you have your own sauna you don't need to workout with a mask on which is amazing. Would give 6 stars if I could, thank you Taylor!!

I can’t tell you how much I love this place. Starting with the owner she cares a lot about her clients and staff. The staff is amazing. The girls are very sweet and helpful. I do have to single out Aryanna she is so sweet and knowledgeable. I can’t thank her enough for all the help she gives. Absolutely amazing. The sauna is incredible what an incredible detox. Highly recommend!!!

This place is amazing! I love the workouts that they provide and how all the equipment is always clean. The staff makes this place so wonderful. The girls in the front are always so friendly and have such a great attitude, especially Valerie. She is always willing to help and answer any questions and assist with any needs. I love coming here to workout. Definitely recommend!

This place is a hidden gem for a solid workout! I’m glad I found it and met the wonderful staff there. Everyone is so nice. Nicole and Taylor are great and supportive and have been so helpful since I started. I really enjoy the infrared heated rooms and the clean facility. The best part is having the option of choosing a different workout and the privacy to focus on your own personal growth and well-being.
