There is nothing bad say about this place.I love my planet fitness.I love my fitness trainer JORDON is amazing. He has helped me so much he says give me 10 I give him 12 he pushes me.. I love the fist pumps lol his excitement to be at work. Always positive Thanks Jordon

IM new To this Gym and I want to say Brian who works there early Morning makes us feel so comfortable and welcomed most importantly he always cleaning the equipment to where I feel safe with the sanitation which means a lot. He is very polite to everyone and helpful when needed.

The staff is awesome! I chat with them all the time when I get there. They always greet me by name because I'm so chill with them, and I've even joined in a game of Uno with them! (that was a while back). The place is always clean and there's no drama or judgement when going here, Id go the extra mile to go to this one, even if there was a cheaper one closer to me, which there is. I'm sad to see Anna leave to another PF, but she's so awesome I might consider going to that one as well XD.

Everyone is so nice and friendly, it's definitely a great place for a beginner to start, or for anyone who's a little self conscious. The facilities are always clean too!I do wish the equipment was still physically distanced and that it was open 24 hours.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the staff and equipment provided. Being a Black Card member I have the opportunity to visit other locations here in town , which I have and will have the opportunity to visit a location in Oregon this fall. I wish our locations were open 24 hours as it was pre pandemic, making it convenient for people working 2nd shift. Clean and very friendly staff tops it off.

Warm, friendly staff + polite fellow gym-goers who mostly keep to themselves and usually wipe down their equipment after use.The facility is kept clean and cool so you can enjoy your workout and the massage tables/chairs are usually available. I highly recommend this location.

The management and staff at the 35th Ave and Peoria are amazing! I signed up at a different location and had an issue during enrollment. I contacted this location and they understood my situation and worked with me. I couldn't be happier. Additionally, this location is very nice. The gym is clean and the facilities are nicely appointed and well taken care of. You will often see the staff cleaning the equipment and not just where people sit, stand or hold. They dust the tops and bottoms of the machines too. This shows care and pride. Everyone is so nice too. I enjoy coming to this gym.

This gym is a gem that I want to be selfish with, and not share with too many people. I don't want it to start to get too crowded.The staff is phenomenal! So far, they're the kindest, most professional people I've met in the state of Arizona. It's great to start my morning with a good morning from Brian. Brian is a very warm, caring, and friendly spirit. All of the staff members are friendly and helpful. The staff keeps this gym very clean.This PF has an extremely gifted trainer, who trains from your own level of fitness, is encouraging, pushes, but isn't pushy or loud. Their trainer is phenomenal with modifying exercises. His modified exercises are both fun and challenging. Within 2 weeks of working with Jordan I started to see gains in strength, stability, and endurance. I'm being taught to lift weights effectively, with proper form. It's an uphill battle but Jordan is very patient with me. I've lost so much weight that I have to buy new clothes.Most members are super amazing! It truly feels like a judgement free zone. It's unbelievable that most patrons actually clean the equipment after they use it. I've NEVER seen that at a gym before. I've actually seen people clean the dumbbells after using them!The only negative thing that I can say about this gym is that they don't have some equipment that I'd like to use, like a hack squat machine or a lying leg curl machine. You can ask the trainer (Jordan) for help with exercises that can be done in place of the missing machines, so there is really no big loss there.This gym is like home away from home!

Really sketchy. Would not go as a woman alone again. Front desk person much too busy with his friends or family to take any note of anything. I literally waited 10 mins while he chatted with them before being able to scan myself in.

Always clean, all machines are working, not to busy and great customer service. Also when I signed up, Saul took good care of me.
