I was being charged for over 3 years despite not ever stepping foot into the gym except to try and cancel my membership. After sending various emails and leaving a review, Coulter stepped in and verified that my membership has now officially been canceled.I appreciate his quick response in resolving my matter.

I was dead set on signing up and becoming a member at Crunch because I am aware of the quality of equipment and price. I came in with my girlfriend to redeem our 3 day free passes in which I was going to seal the deal and sign up after the 3 days. However, because my girlfriend came from out of town they would not let her in. They required her to pay $20 for a day pass which is equivalent for two months of a membership. Because of this, I will be staying at my current home gym.

So I just signed up less than a week ago I go in for my consultation and the guy I met with definitely over worked my legs it was a struggle to walk for several days after. However the issue for me really is that as soon as I left the gym I was feeling sick so I went and got a covid test done which has come back positive. thinking I'm doing the right thing I call the gym and let them know that I feel like that's were I got it from and I dont feel like anything will be done or any of the new coming people will be told I kinda got blew off so I'll be cancelling my membership I dont feel like our health is priority

Do not sign up for the personal training program for your safety. My boyfriend and I went through two trainers. One told me I should only be eating 1000 cals a day to lose weight which is extremely unhealthy and unsafe. The other rushed through our workout so fast without warmup that my boyfriend sustained injury. Even after the medical documentation was given, Crunch refused to cancel the contract. My boyfriends medical documentation is on his account with you. He has spoken to you multiple times about the issue and to please cancel. Now that he's healed from his injury he's been at the gym once since you told him to either come in or waste his money. Not their problem.

I’ve been going to Crunch in Phoenix for a few months now. The facility is clean and spacious, and staff is very friendly. Their personal training sessions are reasonable and effective. The PT Madi is great!

I was a former member of fitness one before they all closed down and my information was unethically transferred over to crunch fitness without my knowledge. I called and spoke with Colt about the situation and he waived all fees and debt right away. Very friendly and ethical.

When trying to cancel my gym membership due to me moving they made it extremely difficult by insisting that I come in person to cancel it. When I went the next day they said that a manager has to cancel my membership and they didn’t inform me of this while on the phone. So I had to drive a half hour there just for nothing and half an hour back. Now I have to wait again to cancel it tomorrow.

Am out of town and wanted to try Crunch's free trial. Since we have a location back where I live, I figured I could get a workout in, and maybe signup after the trial, depending on how I liked it. Nope, no free trial unless you live in Arizona, even tho there's multiple locations back home in Denver.....good to know, won't be signing up here and will let other ppl looking know too 😆.I travel all over the country where crunch fitness locations are, too bad they don't need members that much 😆🤷♂️👍

I have never stepped foot in this Gym, kept the membership because my daughter was going, until COVID. Sent a registered letter in February to have my membership canceled, thought it was, all of a sudden in August I'm being charged again. I …
