The employee who signed me up, Patrick, was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and enthusiastic. It's really nice being around people that live the "fitness life" but aren't judgemental or on a high horse. Everyone seemed down to earth, willing to help, and eager to motivate me. I look forward to getting fit with you guys!

I love Crunch Fitness!! What they have set up is such a friendly and welcoming environment. All the staff members are super enthusiastic and supportive. Everyone is always greeted at the door and asked how they are doing and if they need anything. Upon asking questions, everyone is very knowledgeable and on top of everything. For having only opened last week, I am very impressed. Their deals are pretty darn good. Up until the 31st, they are having pre-sale prices on their memberships, and they are starting at $9.95, with $1 enrollment. The gym looks small at first glance, but is actually very spacious and very well put together. It is also always so clean! They have a ton of cardio machines and the very awesome HOIST machines, which I really appreciate. They have very many free weights and brand new equipment. Most people say all locker rooms look the same, but I had never seen one so clean, friendly, and vibrant all at the same time. In addition, they have 40+ group classes including yoga, zumba, cardio, and the coolest of them all, HIIT. With the Peak+Results membership, I can attend the HIIT classes whenever I want. They are probably the most intense 30 minutes of my workout, but they are AMAZING. All of the trainers are so motivating and definitely hype you up, and make you feel like you can do anything. Definitely recommend getting a membership and getting your crunch on!

Even prior to opening, we're very excited about what Crunch Fitness has to offer!Every sales staff we've spoken with has been very friendly and respectful. We love that they have the free Zumba classes for anyone interested, even before opening. We had an appointment with Jon to go over our goals. He took his time with us and explained everything. We had the Styku scan, which is pretty cool technology. We now have a nutrition and fitness plan going in, which is a recipe for success. Can't wait for the opening date!

I was a member of Blast fitness for years then on Black Friday I encountered a few representatives of Crunch fitness outside of Fry's Electronics. I decided that I would give Crunch a try while still remaining a member of Blast since I was assured that canceling was easy if I didn't like it. I wasn't worried about the canceling the Blast membership if I needed to since it was on a very low limit credit card and I would just dispute the charges. Unfortunately I didn't have my credit card on me when I signed up for Crunch so I had to use my debit card (1st mistake) Well I continued to go to Blast until the planned opening of Crunch. Then one day I go to Blast and the doors are locked and I receive an email telling me that Blast is now closed and went on to say "All memberships will remain at their current billing rate and have their contract transferred directly to Crunch Fitness with additional special offers to check out all our club has to offer. Simply show up at the club with your membership card or number, and we will get you setup with your new Crunch card, or the Crunch app" (I was paying the premium membership fee at Blast so I had access to everything) well I was without a gym for over 2 weeks since Blast closed and Crunch wasn't open yet. Then came my membership dues!! I saw that my usual dues for Blast were charged (but now under ABC *CRUNCH FITNESS) for $20.99 on Jan. 3rd.....THEN on Jan. 7th I was charged $29.95 by ABC* CRUNCH FITNESS!!! I fully expect my $29.95 fee to be reimbursed and that my $20.99 fee be accepted for the premium membership to Crunch. Otherwise I'll dispute charges and let my bank, my credit card company and lawyers handle it. I will update this review depending on the outcome. I am writing this as of January 7th 2019*UPDATE* I went into Crunch fitness and the offer they gave me was they would cancel my Blast membership fee $20.99 and instead I would pay $29.95 per month....also there was no talk about reimbursing me for the previous $20.99 paid a few days ago....so I have no choice but to let credit card company and my lawyer handle this situation.....according to the email I received it specifically says that my Blast "membership will remain at their current billing rate and have their contract transferred directly to Crunch Fitness" ....it doesn't get more self explanatory than that.... $20.99 YES.... $29.95 NO.....I signed up for $29.95 BUT seeing as you guys bought out Blast and offered all their members this offer you are obligated to cancel the higher priced membership.... $9 adds up over 1,2,3 years ....that's $108 per year.....I could use that $108 for other things!!

THIS PLACE WILL CHARGE YOU EVEN AFTER YOU CANCEL!!! I had canceled my membership and was still getting charged and then they sent it to collections!!So I went down to the gym and spoke with Josh Buon and explained to him how I had canceled it out and I was still getting charged.I was visibly upset and mentioned taking legal action. Then he told me that he was going to call the collection agency ABC financial and get it canceled out. He then gave me his personal cell phone number and told me to call him in an hour. I called and no answer. Been trying to call have left messages and no answer. So now Crunch fitness pops up on my credit report! $244 is what they ran up the bill too. What’s worse? I NEVER USED THEIR SERVICES BECAUSE I CANCELED BEFORE THEY EVEN HAD THIS LOCATION 100% READY!!! So now I’m going to leave this same review on all of their locations and report them to the bbb and hope that you reconsider this gym based off of how unethical they are.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would! I got charged an “annual” fee when it’s been only a couple months that they’ve opened! I called to cancel my membership and they said they couldn’t do it over the phone that I had to come in from 10-6 and when I did I asked for my money to be refunded and my membership to be canceled. They said it was canceled but they don’t do refunds. Someone at the gym gave me a service number to call to ask about a refund and the service place told me that the club had to do it. So there I am going back and forth asking for my money to be returned and none would provide that for me, so I had to dispute it from my bank. After canceling, 2 weeks later I get charged again! For another annual fee and this time even more than the first one! I called furious and they said the same thing they said the first time. I had to dispute again from my bank and now I have to wait for my money. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE! All they want is your money

I have been trying to cancel this membership for two months now, and some policy states I need to come in. The whole point I’m canceling is because I don’t have time to come in. So now I take a day off of work, so I can speak to the manager and cancel this membership between the hours they work, who will not waive a measly $23.00 that I didn’t pay for this month before canceling. I have already paid two months that I was not coming in on, while trying to cancel on the phone. I had issues with a staff member being very rude and demeaning, which is not motivating at all, this is just a beyond horrible gym. Do not give them your money. Go somewhere else.

After a long recovery from a terrible accident I’ve decided to get back to the gym, my first impression of crunch fitness was how friendly the atmosphere was, I was welcomed immediately, the cleanliness of the gym made me feel that hygiene is priority and the work out equipment was miraculously! Thank you for the upgrades compared to Blast 🤢🤮 and I’m thinking it’s my new home gym.. beats LA fitness pricing by far! Extremely satisfied

I was forced to go here after blast fitness closed and moved my membership here. So far, things are good, the gym is a lot cleaner and has newer equipment than blast fitness, and not crowded at the times I go.The sales reps are pushy when you first come in to look around and stress about how many services you get if you upgrade your membership, you have to be stern and say a couple times that you're not interested for them to stop selling. Once your signed up, you can get checked in without being hassled to subscribe to more services.
