I had a Crunch Fitness membership in 2018. I moved in 2019 and tried to cancel the membership. My grandfather, who paid for the membership, both called and came in to do so. They would not allow him to cancel it. They called me, and I said to cancel it over the phone. I assumed it was done, but the unprofessional employees didn't actually take note.Years later, I am sent a letter in the mail saying I owe $350. I don't know how this is possible, because neither me or my grandfather have been sent any bills or contracts in the mail. I contacted and spoke to Briana, who said I would have to pay at least $250. I told her this is ridiculous, as I cancelled it, and she said "you could have sent a certified letter". No one told me to do so, and I was told it was cancelled over the phone by the agent, so I fail to see how this is my fault.I contacted them again later asking for records of the contract and the bills for each month. I spoke to Isaac Rivas, who wouldn't let me speak to Briana, wouldn't take down my name, and hung up the phone abruptly after I asked for his name.Crunch Fitness Phoenix has over 10 complaints of the same nature on the Better Business Bureau website. Luckily for them, they are not registered with the BBB. Of course not. They are a business based on fraud and theft. DO NOT GO TO CRUNCH FITNESS.

Every time I go into the gym they greet me by name. It makes me feel welcome unlike other gyms I’ve been to. The staff are friendly and helpful and the place is totally clean. I don’t have to wait for a machine and when I didn’t know how to use one the trainer helped me out. I’ve taken a few of the classes they have and it was a blast! Definitely would recommend this gym! Thanks Crunch 🥳

My account was transferred without my consent from my old gym (went out of business) to this crunch gym. This is much further from my house. I didn't catch it on my credit card at first (my fault). I called to cancel and they said that i had to come in person to cancel. I showed up in person and of course there is no one there who can cancel because "the manager doesn't work very often". So I had to call my credit card and dispute charges. Next step is to contact some type of Gov't agency. Just your typical gym that makes it impossible to get out of a contract.

This gym hasn’t even been opened and I was unaware they were open. I went in to the gym in February to cancel and they just billed my card in 9/4 and again today 9/7. The gym itself is nice but their cancellation process/policy is tough and a merchant block will not stop it. I haven’t used this gym since January 2019 and haven’t been able to cancel it because you have to go in M-F 10-6 and that didn’t work with my schedule, I thought I took care of it in Feb but hopefully after today it’s truly cancelled.

Fantastic gym with great prices and 24 hour access. A manager named Abby signed us up. She’s honestly an angel sent straight from heaven, right into Crunch fitness. She has amazing customer service and she’s non stop working. She’s constantly on the move making sure the entire gym is looking as clean as possible. She deserves a promotion! I love this gym!

Great gym, great equipment, friendly staff but theres always equipment never put away!! They need to be more strict with people putting away equipment during their workout, it's ridiculous. Cuts away MY workout time to put away 45 lb plates on a machine when I cant lift a lot.
