Had challenges canceling due to not being able to cancel in person, front desk giving the wrong email, and the contact information on the website being incorrect. Super frustrating experience. Eventually received a call from GM of a nearby store who helped resolve (thank you).Updates from 1 to 2 Star after the situation was resolved.Imo this gym is too expensive for the services offered. Other gyms (Ahem, EOS) have memberships that are both less expensive and offer more. They also ensure their saunas are kept in working condition (the female sauna at crunch was perpetually broken for my wife)

Charged my son's account after we had cancelled gym membership, we have emails from Bryce whom is the manager stating we will get our money back., Now have to deal with the hassle with disputing charge with the bank.

No matter how many times I’ve asked this gym to cancel my “membership” (membership they magically forced me into with absolutely zero agreement from me) they will not do it. I’ve sent letters, called, nothing. They charge me monthly. I never agreed to a membership with this gym, they took my information from another gym and just started charging me and will not stop. I don’t even know where this gym is located (because I would never have signed up to go here in the first place). I’ve reported to BBB and nothing. It’s pretty insane this gym gets away with stealing money from people who don’t even know their gym exists because they’ve never stepped foot in it and never agreed to be a member. Complete scam. Years of taking my money and refusing to cancel a membership that I never agreed to in the first place.

It has what you need. It was definitely different than my hometown Crunch. This one was not crowded at all and I was able to get in and get out in a timely manner.

Terrible, I feel scammed out of my money. I originally won a free month with them and then signed up for a membership. I was charged for my free month as well as fees they said would be waved for signing up. So that was the first red flag. Then when I decided to cancel I was told to email the manager, so I did. No reply, I called 3x and kept getting “we’llhave him call or email you”, again nothing. Needless to say I kept getting charged and it was a complete hassle to cancel. Find a better gym!
