I have not stepped foot in a gym since covid started and nor do I wish to at this time. My gym Youfit closed down and they sent me a letter stating that Crunch would take over my account. But I have yet to get one letter from Crunch telling …

Nice looking place don’t get me wrong. But they took over the membership list from Fitness 1 when it closed and then just charged us 6 days ago for a membership we never agreed to. When we brought this up to them, they said they can’t …

I used to love this gym; they actually cared about you. That vibe is long gone... Now they're just like all the other gyms, they only care about money & nothing else. I no longer recommend them at all

One of my friends was walking into a store by Crunch and people who worked there were outside in the complex promoting Crunch. They walked up to my friend who simply said, “No thank you.” And the young mans response was, “Well it looks like …

Do not go here. It is a total rip off and they aren’t upfront about costs. Go to EoS or Mountainside for a MUCH better experience and much nicer equipment. For those wanting a 24 hour gym, EoS is the place. They also have a pool, sauna and …

Thought I'd love it, but I only went 4x & have been paying for long time. You must cancel membership in person, so been takin a burn. Place has lots of equipment, shower, sml sauna, tanning, massage chair & Zumba classes. The initial evaluation was so discouraging I didn't want to go back. When I did go, there was noone to assist with workout unless you pay more for personal training.

Came to cancel my membership and made me pay the annual fee of $49 for a the year I won't even be a member. To top it off the members don't pay that annual fee until March. Glad I switched gym 😁. I told the lady so you want me to pay the annual fee even though I'm not even using your gym 😂 wow here you go free money for you. …

If I can give this place a negative review, I WOULD. This place, and the people that recruit you to sign up are scammers. They told me there wasn’t a cancellation fee, or a yearly membership fee when I signed up, and now I’m having almost $50 deducted from my paycheck, and most recently, they made me go negative in my bank account! They won’t answer their phone, either! Someone literally lets it ring and then hangs up on me! Screw this gym, and their sideways employees!!

it's not a bad gym.. I started to loose weight n I was really committed. like all gyms you get what you put in. but sometimes I felt like I didn't belong or welcomed but hey it's a gym. then I moved n I went in to cancel my membership last month. ok. then this month I get slapped with 72 dollars. I go back in to see what happened . they never cancelled it n they said we can't refund your money. of course not.. so I recancelled. I'm calling my bank n make sure they don't pull money out again. I'm really disappointed with that. I payed every month held up my end why didn't they hold up there end..i had read the reviews n they said they won't cancell n steal money.. I guess they do.. not a good way to run a business.so I would not recommend this gym but hey it is what it is.
