I have been a member of Thurston Personal Training for 6 1/2 years now and they are like family to me. I have trained with Seth Thurston, Aaron Kint, Stephen Thompson and now currently with Jake (Jacob) Freeman. When I started, I was 63 years old and never in my wildest dreams did I think I would be still doing this. My main goal is more to keep my muscles intake and strong. My current trainer, Jake, pushes me beyond my limit, but he knows I am capable of doing it. He is very attuned to your body needs, and knows when you just need to stretch and take it easy. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants to be part of a team that devotes their time and energy to helping you be a better you- Definitely worth checking out.

Joining this program had really improved the quality of my life and I don’t think I would have achieved the level of fitness on my own.They really keep me accountable, supportive and people of all levels so the atmosphere is really comfortable.I’m stronger now I can lift heavier things, more toned and lots of energy with a much more positive attitude and outlook on life.Highly recommend this program if your to change your life!

Thurston Personal Training is a great place to start, maintain and advance your fitness level. They have professional trainers that you can work with one on one or in a small, personalized group. When I first started looking for a place to go I was unsure, nervous and did not have a lot of confidence. As an "older" women going through body changes I felt my "fitness" level was on the embarrassing side. I was struggling to lose weight and had become uncomfortable in my own body. Seth was so kind and made me really feel at ease about starting my transformation. I work with a few different trainers and they are all great. They really balance fun and professionalism to keep me engaged and excited to be there. My results have been wonderful. I am losing weight and getting stronger, but more importantly I have a great sense of accomplishment and am feeling good about myself. I really do recommend taking that first step and giving them a call. You don't really have anything to lose, except fear, but that's what you want.

I came here because I wanted to build muscle and get in shape but I have serious neck issues. So if I’m not careful it could paralyze me for the rest of my life so I didn’t want to do it alone. I knew I needed a higher caliber personal trainer then at traditional gyms.I’ve been getting much stronger, my productivity at work has increased with my new energy and overall I feel better and happier all day long.Prior to joining TPT, I would often injure my neck and would have to take long hiatuses. Whereas now, Seth has kept my safe which has allowed me to continue my progress long term without any pauses.

It was really hard in the beginning and I almost didn’t want to come but then the second week was amazing and I feel amazing, stronger like I’m unstoppable.The trainers push and motivate me more than I could do on my own. The Trainers are very knowledgable, friendly and know exactly how to customize the workout for my body type.Im less than 8 weeks I feel tighter, stronger and have lost 1.5 inches in my waste and my legs and thigh are 1/2 in thighs.I’m back to where I was 10 years ago!!I don’t feel tired anymore, I feel energized, I wake up in the morning feeling ready to take on the day!

I’ve been coming to this gym for over a year and it’s been the best decision I’ve ever made! All the trainers are incredible people and really know their stuff. If you are looking to get leaner, do a competition or get healthier, this is the place for you!

This place is awesome! I went there just to stay active but after 6 months working out almost everyday, I got stronger and almost 6 pounds in lean muscle!!!! Stephen T. is the best!Always humble and caring with his clients. Love this place.
