Tpt is the best. I have been working out here for almost three years now. Bri, Aaron and Stephen are the best. They all motivate you and encourage you every day. They truly care about the people that work out here. I have been so lucky to find such a great place to work out, lean up and get strong! I encourage everyone to work out here!

Thurston Personal Training occupies a much needed middle ground between the crazy and sometimes dangerous insanity that is Crossfit and a conventional gym environment. The gym itself is ideally located at the Northwest Corner of Bell & 51. They have group classes and personal training. I chose TPT after reading all of the stellar reviews on Google and Yelp.Here is what I like about TPT. Seth and his other trainers are allvery positive and encouraging as you would expect. This place is cool and edgy like a Crossfit gym, but not nearly as intimidating. The members range in age from 20's to 50's. Some are quite fit and impressive while others are a work in progress. There's zero attitude here. I like the vibe, the energy, and the people. His equipment isn't fancy and all matching, but he has good stuff and he uses it to maximum advantage. He gives me workouts that are always different and challenging. He is good at pushing me to stay motivated on days that I am not feeling it and helps me throttle it down a little when I try to push it too far. He is very good at listening to my feedback and adjusting weight up or down or sometimes changing the exercise itself based on my feedback and/or what he observes - just as a good trainer should. This is exactly what I asked for. Also, scheduling with Seth was a cinch. He was always very responsive and accommodating. I haven't yet tried group training, but the classes and other trainers seem to be quite good as well.

TPT is amazing! I started here to get ready for volleyball and was really impressed by the program and results I got!Seth worked with me on speed, jumping higher, and overall strength training which was hard for me because I never did it before. I worked muscles I didn’t even know existed but as he explained were important!It was a lot of hard work but I was able to earn a scholarship to Adam State University in Colorado and couldn’t be more happy and excited!I highly recommend my personal trainer Seth at Thurston Personal Training if you are looking to get ready for a sport or just get stronger or lose a little body fat!

Stephen and Seth are great! You can tell they really care about their clients as well as the facility. Gym is always clean, towel service and showers are included. Highly recommend!

I started working out with Seth over 4 weeks ago.he put me on a diet plan and we work out 3 days a week I’m gaining muscle mass and losing body fat already I’m amazed in how fast I’m seeing Results !with his guidance and training I’m slowly changing my life around eating healthy and building muscle and have more energy now.if you guys think you can do it on your own id say don’t get a personal trainer if you want a pro and see results and someone that will show you how to get fit the right way that has years of experience Seth Thurston is who you need to get ahold of.Thanks Seth with your guidance I’ll be healthy for the rest of my life and with the rules you set for the diet really helped me and I plan on keeping it.

What I’ve always liked about Seth is his desire to improve and to never be comfortable. This correlates directly with his gym, it is great to surround yourself with people who are pushing themselves on a daily basis. I love what he is doing here and wish him continued success.

Great place to train and work out. I previewed 5 places and chose Thurston's. Stephen T was very pleasant and has been a great trainer. Besides Stephen, the rest of the staff are very friendly which creates a great atmosphere. This atmosphere also extends to the clients.

I’ve been training with Stephen T. at TPT for 5 years and can not say enough good things about this gym and the people who work here. This is a great gym with plenty of equipment, a variety of clientele at different skill levels, and a friendly, professional staff that looks after you and supports your fitness goals. As someone with a bit of social anxiety, I was hesitant about starting personal training, but I urge you to overcome your nerves and visit this gym and make it part of your fitness journey.Also, I highly recommend Stephen for personal training. Not only is he friendly and professional, he is considerate and encouraging. I count him as a good friend and cannot recommend him enough for training.

Thurston Personal Training is AMAZING!From the moment you enter the facility you feel so welcomed. The trainers are always so inviting and helpful. So much positive energy in this place.All the trainers are passionate about what they do and it shows. They are patient, knowledgeable, and are very good at working around your limitations while still achieving results.Everyone really does go above and beyond to make sure you're progressing, but importantly that you're understanding everything. Could not be happier!Due to some health issues, I recently gained 30 lbs, my hormones were all over the place. I initially started a high- intensity interval training program that was not a fit for me, it caused severe back and neck pain. This sent me to the chiropractor where I was diagnosed with Degenerative Scoliosis and Cervical Kyphosis. My chiropractor advised me not work out for the next 6 weeks which made me very frustrated but then I found Thurston Personal Training. After reading many positive reviews, I was excited to join! I can honestly say that after 2 weeks of training, I’m down 10lbs, no back or neck pain, and I’m finally getting a good night’s rest.
