Seth and his team are amazing. Their involvement in your health extends beyond what is happening when you are there. They care about what you are eating and how you are feeling throughout the week. I am very satisfied with the results I have obtained so far. There hasn't been a single session I've had that I didn't feel like my needs were met and my concerns considered. I've needed special modifications to my workouts and all the trainers have been flexible and creative, without judgement. I am pushed the right amount - not too aggressively but enough to feel challenged and know I am getting my money's worth. Thanks, guys! Great work!

I've been working out with Seth for about 2 months now. I love that he keeps me motivated and holds me accountable to show up for class. I have already seen changes in my body. The love the flexible schedule and also that I can get healthy food delivered for me each week. I would recommend him to everyone.

I had been working out on my own for quite a while, and didn't see the results I wanted. I started working out with Seth, and within a week I started seeing the results that I was missing before! He put me on an appropriate diet for me, and helped me understand why it worked. He taught me a lot about nutrition and it's importance in fitness. Seth really knows how to push your body without hurting you. It has been an awesome experience!

I've put off personal training for years due to how expensive it can be. I finally found an affordable gym that not only caters to my financial budget but I get the best full on experience you can get from a trainer. I've been working out with Seth for 3 months now, 5 times a week. I've lost about 16 lbs and I feel amazing. Seth is very knowledgeable, calm and positive. His feedback is always helpful and he pushes you to work out harder and eat healthier without feeling the pressure. He will even design a personalized meal plan for you to follow. Since I've started working out with Seth my attitude about myself, health and fitness have improved. I've become more active and very conscious of the way I eat. Spending the money on personal training is well worth it, especially when you have a great trainer like Seth. I would recommend Seth to anyone looking to start a new healthy lifestyle.

I've been working with Seth for about a month and half now and I have seen great results. He makes the routines specific to each individual as we still work within the group atmosphere, which I really enjoy. He is very professional, but also keeps things fun! I still have a ways to go with my fitness goals but I really feel like I'm on the right track working with Seth! I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to make a healthy lifestyle change.

I've been training with Seth for about 2 months and I am so excited with the results I am seeing. I've lost about 15 pounds training 3-4 days per week and following the personalized meal plan that Seth created for me. Seth is extremely knowledgeable and pushes me to strive to live a healthy lifestyle. Most importantly he knows how to instill discipline without making a person feel bad about themselves. I've worked out with many personal trainers in the past and this is the first time I feel that my trainer is truly invested in my health and my future. We have had Seth as our trainer since August 2012. During that time we have seen a huge change in our energy level and overall conditioning. Seth gears the training program to fit your needs. I am in my early 60's and can't remember being in the shape I am now. We both highly recommend Seth as a trainer.

I have been working out with Seth for the last few weeks and I am loving every minute of it!!Seth is a great trainer, he is very attentive and very easy to get along with you. Most of the times when you think of a personal trainer, you think of someone yelling at you the whole time. But Seth is very calm and mild mannered, and believes in positive re-enforcement instead of public humiliation.I would highly recommend his Personal Training service to anyone looking to change their body.P.S.
